Todd at Responsible Pest Control was fantastic. He was attentive and listened to our problem areas for our scorpion protection. He was respectful of the interior and exterior of the home and left us feeling relieved that our scorpion protection is now in place before summer! Highly recommend this company, from the scheduling phone number to the technicians, everyone has been professional and friendly. We are starting our 6th year with Responsible Pest, because their formula has always worked for us and our home.

First time using this company. Scheduled outside and inside treatment. I didn’t hear the ring doorbell notification on my phone as I was working, he waited for me to answer for a little bit but I didn’t, so he started working on the outside. Which I appreciated, intuitive and proactive. Met him in the backyard, chatted, then he did the inside. Nice, easy going, efficient, knowledgeable, great rates, and they send an SMS link to tip the service provider when they’re done. Happy to do so. On a regular service plan now. 5 stars x2.

Ricky is one of the best service technicians we've had since signing up with Responsible Pest Control. He always arrives completely prepared and ready to go. He presents a congenial atmosphere to work in. He is very thorough and never misses a spot. He is also thoughtful, knowledgable about bugs, a pleasure to talk to, and very polite, which seems to have become a rarity these days. All in all, we appreciate him immensely. He is definitely an asset to Responsible Pest Control. We hope to have him service our home every time from now on.

I've been with responsible Pest Control almost 4 years now and have had absolutely excellent service. They did a thorough job, made sure I had no problems, and they would take care of any questions or needs when I contacted them. I recently had some issues with scheduling and a particular technician. And good faith I contacted them and discuss my situation and they immediately resolved everything. My regular technician is Brendon and he is excellent! Brandon is very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he is conscientious, thorough, responsible, and an excellent technician! I highly recommend responsible Pest Control.

Responsible Pest used to be the best! I couldn't have given them better praise, but not anymore, they suck! I've been with Responsible for several years and as of the past year they have really shown a decrease in communication and service. Their prices are rising so frequently it's difficult to keep track from month to month. When I called to end my service, they informed me that I actually qualify for several benefits for various reasons to lower my monthly bill. They don't give any warning as to when they will be servicing your house, so if you aren't home, you wouldn't know. We have dogs and that means most times are backyard does not get sprayed. Oh but you can call to reschedule... they just don't answer their phones very often, and don't have an answering machine to leave a message. The actual people who come out and service are constantly changing, the receptionist will say they were promoted, but I'm beginning to believe they have all left the company.. I'd recommend going somewhere else
