Dr. Browning, Katie and Liz in Chandler, Arizona are amazing! They take the time to listen and assist with your pet! They recently took care of little Miss Ritzy when she was having some adverse reactions. They went out of their way to make sure she was cared for as quickly as possible!
Worst Vet I’ve ever seen in 22 years. My dog cannot tolerate kibble for some god awful reason, the vet told me I was introducing kibble to him the wrong way, and basically dismissed it. She told us that an allergy panel is expensive and to REALLY find out the problema it will take a long time and we may never know why he cannot tolerate kibble. She gave a RX sticker on a card for hills science diet. I saw no exam of my dog they took him back and that was all he got his vaccine and nails trimmed. The paperwork stated nothing about physical condition anything that was discussed nothing. I have a piece of paper saying he got his vaccine that’s all. Worst experience ever, and there was a huge language barrier between myself and the technician.
This place took care of me and my family as our dog died. We were all so devistated over the loss. The staff took care of our family as much as they showed love and tenderness as they helped our suffering friend pass away with no pain and ending what would have been long drawn out suffering. They let us stay in our room and took all the time we needed. I am so glad we had The staff Banfield to help us through that terrifying night. We got a card in the mail with hand written notes from the staff a few days later. Banfield has earned my loyalty for life. They are now helping us get started with our new puppy. Thank you Banfield staff!!!
I was so happy with my visit here! The girls on the phone were willing to answer all my questions and were very patient, they got me in quickly and helped me find a payment plan I could afford while getting my baby the help she needed! The visit felt so thorough and they even were honest about services that I had asked for but didn’t need
The Dr saved my cats life with the advice she gave me and I feel that she really cared. Also the staff apologized for making me wait for I didn't feel like I had to wait very long. The were amazing!
The worst experience I have ever had with a vet clinic. I brought my 10 year old Maltese in because I was very worried for her health and noticed symptoms such as seizures, lack of appetite, exhaustion and just a change of personality. When bringing Bella in the first time describing how she is having seizures they told me it is nothing to worry about unless it became more frequent.. they said this the next 2 times I brought her in for seizures. When they finally decided they can schedule her in for tests I told the girl up front as well as the dr to do anything necessary to find what is wrong with my dog. Later on in the day they update me that x-rays and blood work was done and nothing seemed to be wrong and told us she was perfectly healthy. I know my dog and could feel there was something wrong so I took her to an emergency clinic to get a second opinion not even a week after. May I firstly add that I do have insurance through Banfield and it has never helped with payments and the x-rays that were done at Banfield cost the SAME amount as at the emergency clinic where I do not have insurance. At the emergency vet they immediately found that she had a tumor in her spleen which needed to be operated on, and is slightly anemic - because of the inaccurate results from Banfield we reacted to the situation late and it could have had a negative affect on our Bella’s health even further. We ended up doing the surgery through Banfield ($2,500+) and our Bella passed away. I can not help but let myself think that if we had accurate results from Banfield the first time and were taken more seriously we would still have our dog with us. And after all of this we call customer service to cancel our insurance plan for obvious reasons and after explaining our situation they state that we need to pay upfront $140 to cancel - I have never heard anything more inconsiderate and proving they are money hungry and not the “caring” clinic they claim to be. Please stay away from Banfield as a whole and go to your local veterinarian. There is a review on this location from a past worker that I would suggest everyone to read before bringing their pet here.
