Veterinary medicine is one of those professions that attracts the most caring of humans, but AMC Chandler takes compassionate care to a whole new level. Every team member is thoughtful and kind, and oh so considerate of the comfort of my fur babies, with people in mind as well. I’ve used them as dog and cat primary care for the past four years and am continually impressed with their state of the art facility, attention to safety and staff technical knowledge (I’m a scientist and ask for a LOT of information that can sometimes frustrate techs). Doctors have not only resolved issues that stumped other vets (how I came to them in the first place), but they are warm and human! My little one had a procedure this week after an injury and Dr. Montero personally called right before starting to check in, and called again during surgery to recommend a slightly different treatment than we’d discussed. I know she was incredibly busy because they worked out emergency case into a full surgery schedule that day, but she still made the time to make sure all my questions were answered and keep me updated. I also love that the staff quickly answer questions via text and send updates whenever my pets are having procedures, from this week’s emergency to routine dental cleanings, even to grooming appointments! They care for pets like babies, which is exactly what they deserve.

Took Wilbur and Wookie in today for ear infections. We saw Dr. Russek and he is simply wonderful! He takes time to speak with you and really loves your pet! I would recommend him to anyone!!

My young cat was experiencing bowl issues. I called, they got us in later in that day and took a pragmatic professional approach to his treatment. He is doing much better and on the mend. Thank you so much for everything. You have our 2 cats for their life. Highly, highly recommend Animal Medical Center. They are top drawer!

We loved them when Dr.Sorenson was there. She left and so did the honest treatment. We were told to use multiple treatments for a rash to cover a bunch of possible causes. $50+ for a small bag of food. $70 for the office visit. $117 for allergy pills, $70 for shampoo and mousse ($39 on Chewy). $$58 for skin scraping. Also wanted us to purchase flea and tick treatments just in case a flea or tick jumped on our dog, but him, then jumped back off. They refused to take the unopened sealed shampoo/mousse back saying it’s medication and it may be contaminated since it has been taken out of their office. Note that you can purchase those items on Amazon or Chewy without a prescription. They will take advantage of your concern for your pet’s issue and sell you a LOT more than you need. Totally dishonest and disgusting. We won’t be back.

We brought our new puppy Milo here for his first checkup and rabies vaccine. Everyone in the clinic from the front desk lady to Dr Montero we’re great with him and understanding of him being a little anxious and shy since he’s so new to the family. I liked how I was able to come back with him as he got his vaccine to keep him calm. Dr montero answered all of my little questions concerning taking care of him and verified he was up to date on all of his shots. Overall I would reccomend bringing your dog here so far we will be bringing Milo back!

It was our first visit and I can’t say enough about how well it went. We were ushered into the exam room right on time, and dr Stickland gave our 16 mo old Weimaraner a thorough exam while listening to her history. Was surprised how much time she gave us , did not feel rushed at all. Prices were cheaper than we were used to( having just moved from tx) and the staff checked up the next day by phone and email. Very happy to have found a great new vet in our new home
