I called for a wellness exam for both my dogs and they got us in the same week and took really good care of my girls. Terry was so helpful and friendly over the phone, she really listened to our needs and was helpful for any questions I had. We will be back for any of our dogs needs in the future, thanks again!

Pacific Pet Hospital came highly recommended by family and friends when I moved to Chula Vista with my dog, Roxie. The office was well appointed, front desk staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, Dr Humphrey was thorough and put my Chihuahua/Papillion (yes, a "nervous" type) at ease and explained everything to my satisfaction, and the back end staff was wonderful as well. PPH will definitely be seeing us regularly!

Best vet office I've been too! I'm in the military so we have to move often and always have to update our cats shots and exams for flying. Pacific Pet hospital was amazing! They took great care of our kitties for a very reasonable price and a few months later I had to move again so they emailed everything over for us for no cost and super fast. They were very good at explaining everything they were doing and everything that we need to give our babies the best care. Thank you!

This place is AMAZING! Unfortunately our 3yr old cat lost his life 😭 I mentioned it to Pacific Pet Hospital and out of no where the staff sent our family a condolences card with every one of their staff writing an encouraging note for our family. That was such a BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET SENTIMENT 🫶🏼 THANK YOU 🙏🏼 for caring for our furry babies!

Great service! Front desk, nurses and Doctor all very friendly and helpful. Rusty our cat was handled firm yet gently. Diagnosed and everything was very clearly explained. Options were given, not pushed. Parking was great, early appointment. Will go back!

I love it here! Dr. Humphreys is awesome. So kind and gentle with my furbabies. I wanted to change vets to find a nicer doctor. I found him! I felt comfortable coming here for the first time. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere has the tropical island feel. Prices are actually real good compare to others. I am happy they took care of my furbabies with their annual exam and full shots.
