Before engaging in any business with Borland Wildlife, please be aware of my personal experience as a contractor hired by this company. I, along with my team, completed a substantial amount of work for them, only to be left unpaid for over $7,000. Despite repeated attempts to settle the payment, the owner continues to claim financial issues, avoiding responsibility for the debt. It's important to note that I am not the only individual affected by this. There are several others who are also owed money by this company. The dishonesty displayed has had a significant negative impact, affecting not just me but also my team, who rely on this income to support their families. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and reconsider doing business with Borland Wildlife. Based on my experience, this company has demonstrated a lack of integrity and responsibility.

First, it was difficult to arrange a time for Steve to come to my home to figure out what animal was in my attic. Second, he emailed me on June 29th, and recommended I get a pest blocker for $25, which I paid. Today, is July 30th. I have made several attempts by email, text, and voicemail to have Steve arrange another time to come out and do the pest blocker, and I have not heard a single word from him. I have given up on this company! I requested my money back today, but I am not hopeful that I will actually get it back. Once I requested my money back, than I heard from him. He gave a very sincere apology, but for me it was too late.

Steve was very helpful and informative. He set up a camera to detect wildlife that is getting under my house. He explained he will set traps once wildlife is detected.

Great bunch of people. I have had nothing but good positive experience with everyone I had contact with. Thank you Steve , Doug and the whole team for making a bad situation so much better. While they were friendly the issues I had was the bat issue never got resolved and getting rescheduled has never happened. I paid as promised long before job was finished. They did come back 4 different times to see how bats were still getting in but nothing got done after the first 2 visits.

Steve has been my GO TO guy now for over 5 years. My yard/home is a magnet for wildlife. BOY HOWDY is it. Raccoons, ground hogs, and bats. Steve has taken care of it every time. You may be lucky and meet his lovely wife Maria. Hard working, professional, and follow through with plans made to solve the problem. Yah, they're the "BOMB" for me and I have never had a problem recommending BORLAND WILDLIFE.

The two guys that came today were very professional and were quick at cleaning up. While they were a little late based on the original appointment time, they were very much proactive and did well at communicating that they would be a little bit late. Overall, very happy with the response and professionalism of the crews.
