I filled out the application as required and submitted it to them through my vet because they won't communicate directly with the applicant. They gave the go ahead for the procedures. Then, I find out months later that they aren't going to help me with everything I put on the application. No reason, no notice. Now I'm stuck with almost $2,000 in vet bills on my own because they would only pay $400. This is a dog I rescued, not a dog I neglected. He had heartworms and very bad teeth. I appreciate what they assisted with but am upset because they will not assist with more and did not communicate that to me up front. I had put $700 down and they left a balance of $71 with the vet refusing to pay. Please be kind and compassionate to all. I want to help this dog but am struggling to get his teeth done now. Bad teeth can kill them.
