Description A Breeder With A Mission We encourage our clients to look for the rare rescue Bengal cat or kitten first. Our mascot is a rescued, neutered male Bengal, named Leo. He's everything a Bengal should be! We are TICA members, and we adhere to TICA's 'Voluntary Code of Ethics Policy.' We breed a very small quantity of Bengals as a hobby, not a business. We count on our adoptive families and word of mouth to place our precious Bengal Kittens in loving homes.

We got our sweet baby girl from Dawn at Exotic. You can tell that she just got loved on so much because she is a total love bug and confident. Dawn has been willing to answer any and all questions before and after. Highly recommended!

Looking for a reputable breeder is no easy task, but as soon as I spoke to Dawn, I knew I had found one. This discovery put my mind at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Dawn invited us to her home to meet her sweet, adorable kittens, and I was immediately sold. We now have our angelic Bengal, Rumi, who has adapted quickly into our family home. Our children are ecstatic to wake up every morning to find Rumi ready to play and cuddle. Dawn's passion for Bengals shows through her loving and social cats. I purchased a beautiful Bengal from Dawn a few weeks ago. Dawn was incredibly professional and truly passionate for the breed. The kittens are properly handled and litter trained before being sent off to their home! My Bengal is the sweetest little thing. She’s a great little sister to my Persian. She LOVES attention and cuddles, and loves to play! I’ve begun to leash train her and she is doing amazing. She’s the bravest little thing and loves adventure. I’m so happy I made the drive out to SD from LA to get her. I couldn’t imagine my life without my Bengal and I have dawn to thank :) THANK YOU DAWN! ❤️

We welcomed our little Barry to the family today ❤️. First time bengal parents here. Dawn walked us through everything and helped us get ready to be the best bengal parents we could be. She updated us on our kitten every single week. She responded quickly to text messages regarding our kitten weekday or weekend, she was very easy to contact and was willing to answer any questions we had, she was super helpful and reliable. She even gave us canned food until our food came in the mail It’s very clear she truly loves and cares for these cats and I highly recommend Dawn to anyone who wants the best experience adopting a Bengal. If I could give more stars I would give them all! Forever grateful❤️ Update: Barry is now 2 1/2 and the most beautiful cat❤️

We are thrilled with our Bengal cats from Exotic Bengals of San Diego. The cats are beautiful and were well-loved by Dawn Schwiebert of Exotic Bengals before we got them. We were new to cat ownership and Dawn walked us through the process, so we felt like professionals. Artemis is a brown female, and Orion is a snow mink male. They are both extremely smart and very loving. Dawn and her Bengals made this experience even better than we ever hoped for. It was most definitely a five-star experience!

I do not understand any of these bad reviews! Dawn is anything but a fraud (she is TICA registered--you can look it up on the official site!). I adopted my bengal kitty from her in March, and I could not be more pleased. I first contacted Dawn in January about kitten availability, and throughout the entire process she was so kind. She sent me photos and videos weekly and made sure I was involved as my kitten grew up. She released the kitten to me when she was properly weaned and able to go home. (Trust me-- it was the longest wait of my life!) I had no doubt in her care and love for her cats, and they truly are raised in her family home, surrounded by children and with hands-on attention. I have visited her home personally, and can attest to this fact. My kitten is a gorgeous marble bengal, so sweet and playful, and I honestly couldn't ask for a better bengal cat. She follows me like a puppy and never leaves my side. I am already looking forward to getting our next kitty from Dawn!
