Our little dog was attacked by another dog a couple of weeks ago. When we pulled the Calusa’s parking lot, Dr Krane, her vet, was in the parking lot about to leave for the airport. She saw us, came to the car, and took Mollyann right into the emergency room. The care she received there by the emergency doctor and his team was the best. Our girl is fine now. We are forever grateful to all who took care of her. Bob and Jackie G

I want to give an extra special shout out to Calusa Staff members: Dr. Rangel, Jennifer R., Nurse, and Lucid, Nurse. I was fostering 2 5 week old pups, who I found out were very sick. The shelter will only reimburse you for ER visits if you call, get approval to take them, and only go to their ER. 1 pup was dying in my hands, no one would answer, so I hauled butt to Calusa, (not waiting bc of procedure), and the 3 angels I mentioned above, not only saved those babies' lives, they knew I was going to have to pay out of pocket and went above and beyond, and worked their magic, to make it as affordable as possible. I will never forget Dr. Rangel, Jennifer R. and Lucid - my 3 angels (and Ziggy and Zane)

Our little boy Sampson was attacked by a vicious pit bull on January 4th 2024. If it was not for the love and care these special people at Calusa veterinary Center provided him he would not be home with us today. They nicknamed him the miracle boy. He spend 11 long days and nights here with the first 48 hours being the toughest. As the days went by Sampson would improve a little each day. The love and care Simpson received from all was top notch. A big shout out to Dr. Frye, Dr. Ranade, Dr. Johnson, Dr, Goldberg. Nurse Kaylee and all the wonderful nurses who loved our baby. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies up front at check in ( Michele, Amanda) and all who supported the family everyday with smiles and their kindness. Sampson still needs another surgery but he is on the road to recovery. The vets at this veterinarian hospital will become Sampson's new doctors going forward. So much love and appreciation to all at Calusa Hospital.

I have been a client at CVC for 20 years now….we feel very confident and comfortable with the care we receive there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have seen staff come and go and the one constant has been my Suzanne. She has loved my 4 dogs since the beginning of their lives. She has loved them and cared for them whether it was a medical visit or when we board them. I always know they are in good hands with her and she always give them extra attention. She has been in many positions at Calusa and embraces them all with passion and a smile. They are lucky to have her and so are we!

I have been taking my dogs to Calusa Veterinary Center since the late 90’s. The doctors we have seen (Krawitz, Turkell Ranade) have all given 100% care and compassion when treating my fur babies. Brooke has been grooming my dogs for years and Betty is AMAZING and sweet. My “Daisy” gets so excited to “go see Betty”. The front desk staff is great too…Suzanne and Alex are so HELPFUL - always friendly 😊. I’d be remiss to not mention the other staff - everyone is so helpful, empathetic and it is apparent they love their jobs…and most importantly they love the animals.

The office staff was there for me when I had to make the decision for my fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge and were always supportive. I adopted my new kittens from their office and you can tell how much they were loved. The office is always very caring and communicates well.
