Always super friendly staff that of course remember me because im here so much. I love the self serve dog wash. I bring my Shepard here all the time. I just wish prices didn't go up. But I like that they have everything you need available there, from towels, air dryer, shampoo, conditioner.

Fantastic location! The staff is consistently welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. They have 1-3 cats from Kitty Karma of Delray animal rescue and truly care about finding them loving homes!

Someone recently made a brilliant "executive decision" and now this store wont accept coupons or will lie and say that it's expired. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Brian the shift lead was incredibly kind and helpful, he knew the location of what I needed like the back of his hand and helped find the sweet potato chews my dog loves. The store is clean and is definitely one of the top in the area. Thank you!!!

My daughter and I frequent this store. She is obsessed with animals but unfortunately allergic to most. So we pop in to visit the cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, birds and various other animals. A young man by the name of Derrick is usually working. Tonight, I had to take the time to express my gratitude to him. He is always willing to show my 4 year old whatever animal she wants to see up close and answer the gazillion questions that she ask. He does so very willingly and with a smile on his face. I have never experienced such kindness in a business. Thank you Derrick for making my little girls day every time we come in!
