Dr. Gaines and the nursing staff provided exceptional care for my daughter today. They treated her with the utmost compassion and professionalism. The team communicated the treatment plan effectively and conducted a thorough examination and history gathering. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone in the Boynton-Boca area.

Best place we’ve ever used. Unfortunately, we only found out about Healthy Pet at the end of my dog’s life. Dr Gaines was beyond wonderful!! She took me and my dog in last night, at the end of the work day, after I was told to contact this office for my dog who was not doing well and was a very anxious patient. Courtney was so great on the phone and without hesitation, said she could accommodate my dog’s needs of being brought in without other animals around. Our nurse, Deandra, did our entire intake while sitting on the floor and giving my dog treat and love. Dr Gaines discussed end of life options with me and ultimately helped my dog to pass on painlessly. This place was truly a blessing to find at this time. I wish we had the opportunity to work with them a lot sooner. I’d recommend this practice to anyone!!

A great vet and a staff that forms a connection with animals. I truly appreciate their love and care for my mom's dog during a procedure that will give my mom's dog a healthy and amazing quality of life for many many more years to come. I have been meaning to submit a review for quite some time now. If you are looking for a vet who will give the best possible care and attention to your beloved pet, look no further! The staff is awesome and so caring. When my bunny died and I didn’t know what to do, they kindly offered to take care of it for me. I will never forget that! My dog and cat are both seniors now. Issues have popped up as expected. What I love about them is the doctors are on top of it. They are so knowledgeable and current, and they are very empathetic also. They always give you options. They are totally transparent with their plan of care, and they know how to listen. I love this place and I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. Thank you Dr Gaines and Dr Mazzaschi for being awesome!

Dr. Gaines, Cori, & all the other staff at Boca Notth are absolutely wonderful. The care and attention they provide to my baby is unmatched. It’s clear they really care, & that makes all the difference. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go to them for all their babies needs!

We are customers of both the Healthy Pet locations. While the location in the Polo shops never cease to amaze us, I can’t say the same for this location. I used to bring our dog frequently to be boarded while out of town. The old boarding staff was the best, always sending pictures and cute messages as if they were from our dog himself. The last 3x however totally different ballgame. Our dog has come home incredibly dehydrated, food still left in his bag that wasn’t eaten (which I wasn’t informed until pick up time), eyes filled with yellow gunk, food bowl sent back home absolutely disgusting with food caked on, being rushed off the phone when I call to check on him, the list goes on and on. I’ve spoken to the manager the last two visits, first visit she was apologetic and offered a 20% off the next stay (does that make it right? No, but ok at least they took responsibility). Now the second time around when my dog was left this past weekend she’s basically insinuating to myself and my boyfriend that we are twisting a story her own staff told us. I specifically did not pack our dog breakfast for Monday morning because I intended to pick him up early before work and feed him at home (which I’ve done multiple times). To our surprise when our dog is picked up, they tell us he didn’t completely finish his food during his stay so they pooled together the remaining food and gave it to him( first of all what? Who has ever heard of such a thing. Second our dog never leaves food behind). Later when I speak to the manager she tells me he had an extra portion of food in his bag and that’s what he was given for breakfast. Remember how I didn’t pack him food on purpose? Still wondering where that bag came from because I know it wasn’t me, but no problem I’ll stick to the Polo shops location going forward.
