New to Remedy and our 1st visit was great... from the front desk to the Vet herself, everything went well. Maximilian was comfortable in his new environment, and that made it even better he was happy when we left. I'm so happy I found Remedy. Great location, Good people! Maximilian approved 👌🏾 🙌🏽 🐶

I took an outside cat I help care for to this place yesterday and everyone was so kind, nice, and helpful. The facility was also very clean. The prices were so reasonable to the point it made me question the prices we have been being charged at the local vet I usually take my house cats too. I wish I would have known about this place when we moved here in 2020. Anyway I brought my little buddy here at the advice of a lady that runs a Fiv/Felv rescue. She told me I should find a place that uses Idexx tests and this place does. They were able to tell me buddy doesn't have Felv but he does have Fiv, he was given a thorough exam by the veterinarian, given probiotics and a covenia injection. They also ran other tests on him as well which I'm still waiting to get the results. I will be bringing my two house cats here for their annuals. Definitely recommend.

My dog went here for simple x-rays and bloodwork. My dog passed out because they had a muzzle too tight around her neck. My dog is a senior dog and they also gave her a rabies shot. She has not been the same since coming to this vet. She has been breathing very different and has been to another vet and advised that she may have kidney issues. Which she had none of these before coming here. Dr. Johnson did reach out once I made my concerns known but I would still like to warn others from coming here. They may be cheaper but the harm they can do to your beloved pet is just not worth the risk. The African tech is very aggressive and uncaring with the animals and should be looked into extensively! Please DO NOT take your pet here. I highly recommend again them.

Horrible service. First I called multiple times at different times and never received an answer or returned call. So I visited the office. Three individuals sitting there, no one answered the phone. I attempted to have my pet’s prescription filled and they referred me to an online pharmacy. I followed their instructions and after two weeks the vet at Remedy still hadn’t responded to the prescription request (I called the online service to verify). Totally unacceptable, unreliable service. Not to be trusted if you love your pet.

Once again, I will leave a review for Remedy that goes beyond the 5 stars. I’d give them a sky full if I could. Dr. Johnson and her staff are the kindest and most compassionate I have encountered. We have three dogs, or had, we recently had to put our oldest one down. It was a painful and difficult decision, and I could not have done it without their support. They patiently guided me through the process of determining it was the humane choice for my fluffy little old curmudgeon. The care we received from them is unparalleled, and the kindness I will never, ever forget. I am truly thankful to them all.

Front entrance area was clean, had no bad smells. The staff were all very nice, professional and so very helpful. Brought my very scared brown Labrador in for nail trim and they had her nails done and back out front within minutes. Thank you to all the staff that assisted me and took care of my dog.
