An absolute joy going there and the pets! I’ve never had a pet before and I definitely knew I wanted to rescue one. I found the most perfect kitten in the world and my new bff yesterday and couldn’t be happier. She is very well behaved for 3 months and has the biggest personality! Thank you life line!!

I had such a great experience here with my cat! i adopted at the other Dekalb location in November and Holly (vet tech) and Dr. Kilgore took such great care of us without rushing us out. i also love that the staff was super diverse and knowledgeable—it made me feel comfortable and at ease!

Thank you LifeLine for your affordable Veterinarian services. Because of your expert Veterinarian Staff and Vet Technician Team My Lila Kitten has been able to have thus far her first and 2nd set of vaccines at an affordable cost. The Saturday mobile and onsight Clinics are so convenient and it's worth the wait to get such excellent amazing care. Thank you LifeLine for being apart of a most needed Veterinarian service. My little munchkin will maintain a healthy head start because of how you care❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Most Grateful 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I adopted Harold who now goes by Mr. Harold from lifeline back in May. This was the best process I could have wished for. As you see Mr. Harold was a sad timid cat in the shelters. All of the volunteers said he was very shy and scared. The first few weeks were hard making sure he understood that I was a safe person and he didn’t always have to hide from me. Now two months later he is the most loving and crazy cat. He loves treats and cuddles. I want to thank lifeline for not giving up on him even though he was a scared boy and still trying to give him love.

Clinic is great, but I’d much rather be able to book an appointment over the walk-in “first come, first serve” Saturday clinic. I got there at 9am and it took 3 hours to be seen for my dog’s annual. Paid. Had a bag shoved in my face and was told to read the instructions.

We adopted two young cats from Lifeline a few days ago, and I was truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff and the clarity of the adoption process. Even though the staff/volunteers at the time were occupied giving medications to the cats, they still answered our questions and were super helpful when we inquired about the different cats. When we selected our cats to take home, the adoption process was simple and clear to follow. When we ran into technical issues, the staff were also very supportive and helped us through it. The shelter additionally gives supplies for the cats as needed at no additional cost, which I was very surprised by. Overall, I can’t express how delighted I am to have adopted from Lifeline ☺️💙.
