Description Furkids Midtown ATL is a cat and kitten adoption center in Atlanta. All cats are vetted, vaccinated, fixed and ready to find their forever homes. The adoption center is staffed by volunteers most mornings and evenings on weekdays and midday on weekends. When staffed, cats are out of their cages and visitors can interact freely with the cats. When volunteers are not there, people can meet the cats in their enclosures. If you fill out an adoption application, please enter “Midtown” for the question “what animal are you interested in?” See cats currently available at this center on Instagram @furkidsmidtownATL.

Great little adoption center with adorable array of cats and some kittens. Go by to find your new feline fur-baby. Volunteer hours are listed on a schedule by the door if you want to meet the cats, or just introduce yourself while they are in their enclosures. Furkids is a great organization!

I found my 3rd fur baby at this location. Keli (previously named Del) has grown well. She is super sweet and playful. Thank you so much to the kind adoption lady. She introduced me to Del and it was meant to be. She's learning a lot from her two older brothers.💕

While Fur Kids has a lot of wonderful pets available for adoption with good people, I had a very bad experience with an them. When attempting to adopt a cat through Pets Mart, the adoption counselor was very arrogant. Because I didn't have a vet for my last cat, they assumed that I would be a terrible pet owner to the cat. At no time did she bother to do an interview with me or bother to refer me to any low cost vets so I could improve the life of this cat. As someone seeking a new cat, I felt like I was treated unfairly and nor did anyone at Fur Kids bother to return my calls.
