Rushed my 12.5 year old dog, Kitsune, to this vet on January 31st. She had previously been bloated for about a week, but after research, I knew it wasn't "bloat," so we thought she was really constipated. Our normal vet wasn't able to see her until Feb. 1st, but on the morning of January 31st, she could barely stand and couldn't walk. Rushed her to the closest vet (Clovis Pet Hospital) and they made us wait 30 minutes before saying the vet was running late and he wouldn't be ablento see us today and gave us a pamphlet with this info for this vet and another emergency vet. I'm very glad that we came here. They got my baby in to be seen right away, and everybody was so patient and kind during the entire process. Unfortunately, the bloating was due to fluid build-up from right sided heart failure. They explained that they could drain the fluid and give her medicine to slow it down, but ultimately, the fluid would come back, and there was nothing they could do for her heart failure. It wasn't fair to prolong her suffering just to have more time with her, so we chose for the vet to make her comfortable with pain meds. They gave us plenty of private time with Kitsune so we could say goodbye before they helped her to gently and peacefully cross the Rainbow Bridge. This was quite literally the worst day of my entire life losing my fur baby, and I'm glad I chose this emergency vet to take my dog to. They were so careful and gentle with Kitsune the whole time. Everybody was so kind, patient, and understanding with us. They didn't make us feel rushed at all and gave us all the time we needed every step of the way. They were so helpful with providing information about her cremation, where it was being done at and suggesting different places for urn options.

My almost 3 yr old Min Pin had got sick and pooped lots of blood. My bf and I called Abby Veterinarian to see if we could do walk-in, but they suggested we take him to this hospital because it was critical. Once we got in, we were quickly signed in. The emloyees here helped make him feel comfortable; talked to him softly and kindly, they handled him gently, and gave him warmies to help him keep warm since he was cold from blood loss. They ran tests, and it turns out he had a virus with gastrointestinal. Unfortunately, he didn't make it😞🐾🙏, but I'm thankful they treated him the way they did.

Unfortunately, we have had to use their services a few times for our cat and dog. And every time we have had an amazing experience! Very knowledgeable and compassionate team! They were great with communication during the course of the hospitalization! I was also very happy with the way they triaged their patients, we have not had as good of an experience at other emergency pet hospitals with triage. 100% recommend for pet emergencies!

10/10 staff and experience!! i had to take my cat persephone in for an emergency last night because she ate a 2ft long piece of thick string. the nurses were so sweet, kind, and friendly as they checked on percy and walked me through the procedure info. they gave me good affordable options for my financial situation. they were patient, warm, and really brightened an otherwise challenging moment for me and my cat. the vet was so helpful and kind, it was reassuring knowing my percy was in great and trustworthy hands. they have so many snacks from rice krispies to popcorn at the front. it was nice because i had to be there for hours. they played cute movies like monsters inc and cars and they have the cutest cat called gandalph there who was so adorable and cuddly. pic below!! overall i had an amazing experience with them from start to finish. i’m so grateful to all the staff here thank you so much for treating me and my kitty with so much compassion and care!

I have taken several animals here and this last time was horrible took an elderly dog here to be put down and they were completely disrespectful at front desk lady said putting down dog wasn't important and that I should just return with her another time I never new someone could be so heartless. I thought this was a safe place but I was wrong if you love your animals don't take them here. The front desk lady should be fired for lack of empathy I will not be returning to this hospital because of her I have seven Dogs and thought this place was safe but I will never visit here again. Another time it took them 6 hours just to look at dog foot do not come here they do not care 😭

Thank you all for taking such good care of my Peyton boy :-) I brought him in with concerns that he ate something that he couldn’t digest. The Dr took the best care of him and was very informative. And thank you to the awesome assistants that spoke so sweet to him and made him feel safe and comfortable. I’m very grateful to have you all to go to in case of emergency <3
