I brought my rescue kitten, Caleb, to this vet clinic yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention they provided. The vet and assistants were kind, caring, and professional, making sure Caleb received the treatment he needed for his upper respiratory infection. They administered IV fluids, provided me with antibiotics and an appetite enhancement to administer and help him feel better. Additionally, they went above and beyond by providing us with a free flea treatment and trimming his claws. I am grateful for their dedication to the well-being of my bitty boy and highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone in need of exceptional care for their furry friends. ❤️

Took my elderly cat in for dental work which was a long time coming. We had a great experience (as always). The staff and veterinarians are exceptional at what they do. This time round, the procedure and what to expect in general was explained thoroughly. They kept me updated through the day and when I picked up my cat, he was awake, purring and comfortable even though they had to do extensive extractions and other surgical treatments on his gums. I recommend Waterhouse Animal Hospital to everyone because of their collective experience and access to specialty care. Both clinical sites—Clovis and Fresno—are great…10/10 without a doubt. Took my sweet man to get his immunizations. The Vet was super helpful with scheduling to get his shots two times a year rather than 4-6. Got the information I needed for new insurance, from the vet tech that met with me. My current pays $0 (everything is a previous condition). I enjoy going to Waterhouse because everyone is friendly and respectful of sick dogs and happy to see healthy ones. Checking in could go a bit faster, no fault of the person checking they always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello! Bottom line I really like Waterhouse from the receptionists to the vets.

Was our first visit and we were a work in. Worked us in in a timely manner. Dog was going to need surgery to suture up his wound. Very pleased with out come and the cost was equal to other surgeries he has had at his regular. They also addressed his flea issue. Great place and all staff is super.

Everyone is very nice and very caring. They take the time to listen and answer question. I truly feel everyone there cares about my dog. Although they are just a little more expensive than my previous vet I don't feel they are outrageously expensive. They suggested a flu shot for my dog which was the first I have ever heard of this I didn't feel pressure to get one for my dog. I recommend them and will continue to let them care for my dog.
