My dad's dog spayed here was good. The front desk is a bit unhelpful when asking questions about the cost breakdown of things we were getting you can hear her attitude

I received a voucher for 2 of my cats to get neutered. They staff are really nice. My boys came home in great shape. They looked to be well taken care of for the surgery.

These people are awesome! They take great care of my babies, get me same day appointments in an emergency, remind me when they need anything, and their prices are reasonable. I wouldn't trust my babies to anyone else.

We have been taking our two dogs here for the past five years. Whenever we need to get an appointment, they always manage to see us same day or next day. Thank you so much for taking care of our dogs. We appreciate the vet, the vet techs, and staff at Sunnyside Pet Hospital for all the work they do.

5/23/24 9:26 AM Hi I just moved to the area and was wondering if I could schedule an appointment for my dog, she needs a rabies shot and a check up. My dog also has some itching. Front desk: Im sorry we will not be taking any new clients at this time, you can call Armstrong pet hospital. Ok. Do with that info as you will, this is just what happened to me. This is word for word with no adjustment to anything said. It was respectful but not really helpful.

We were recommended to Sunnyside Pet Hospital had a nice experience with all staff expect Dr. Jill Carrol. She was very unprofessional and rude when we took our dogs in for a visit. She aggressively grabbed one of my dogs which made my dog accident herself. Our dog then tried to snap at her because of her aggressively grabbing her AGAIN on her loose skin. She was no help in recommendations nor was she compassionate towards our animals. It was a horrible experience for my family and for our dogs. Because of this and our interaction with her, we will not be returning to this vet.
