All Creatures has been my family's vet for over 15 years now and I can firmly say that these wonderful people offer the best veterinary care in the valley. One of the biggest factors I appreciate is being able to schedule a timely appointment. Animal illnesses don't happen on a schedule and I've never waited more than 48 hours for an appointment. Most of the time, they can get our pets in the next morning. Another aspect I appreciate is that my pets and I are treated like old friends. Everyone from the front desk person to the doctors genuinely care. That's a rare thing to find. In the photo: Mia, a patient that All Creatures has kept healthy for going on 3 years now.

I love All Creature's Big and Small. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the care my furbabies receive from the techs and Dr's has never been short of excellent. Scheduling has never been a problem, and waiting room time for appointments is minimal. I couldn't be happier with the care and service I and my furbabies receive here.

All Creatures used to be amazing. I took my dog there for years. However, I will never be going back. It has changed significantly. The doctors are different and it hasn’t been the same. Dr. Nample appears as if he doesn’t even want to be there. He gave us incorrect information and at times I feel like he’s just going through the motions. Most recently I rescued a stray dog and took her in for an exam. He should have run several tests, got her on a flea/tick medication etc. Everything that was done was because I requested it. I’m not a vet I don’t know exactly what to ask so it ended up not being a thorough visit and we ended up having to go elsewhere. There was a huge change here and All Creatures is no longer the great place it once was.

So we have been coming here for about 6 years now. they use to be great  with our 5 animals 3 hip surgurys, spays and neuters..giving them a lot of money and business from friends and our own pets.. But now I feel like they take advantage of their loyal customers..My dog was in there recently for surgury and I was told it would be a certain amount from low to high. Well the amount went over 400$ past the high amount. And then we were told to come in 2 days later for bandage change and additional 50. I said no and then to come in for suture removal which was supposed to be no charge, well we left and were charged $60 for another bandage and more meds.. this is just getting ridiculous. All that should have been included in my additional added fees after surgery especially since my amount already went up. I'm tired of my dog just ripping these bandages off even with a cone..I wrapped it myself with bandages and antibiotic cream for under 6.99 and they think it's ok to charge 40$ for a bandage..cmon. they also had 2 different women tell us 2 different prices for bandage and meds. Price just kept changing and going up as if they made it all up. .just unacceptable. Tired of being takin advantage of..we use to recommend this place..not anymore. I even called them back to get records and they had deactivated my account  because of my reviews on Google. So just so you know they go off fake positive reviews for their patients and hide anything negative and cut them off. They will kill your animals do not take them here. Many vets in the area much lower costs and way better reviews.

I’ve wanted to share my gratitude to Dr. Richard Kahn and his entire veterinary staff at All Creatures for over 25 years now since we first took our dogs Kato and Jack to see him in his first office while he was also still the Chief Equine Vet for Fresno State. My only regret is that I have not done so earlier. Having moved to Fresno from Southern California, we weren’t accustomed to his humble yet direct cowboy swagger approach to performing what the average lay person would consider highly complicated medical procedures in our presence with a swift competence that seemed so cavalier and transparent you might have thought you were observing a father floss his toddlers teeth before bedtime. Over the years, we have watched him remove an electric razor from our chocolate Labrador’s gut from start to finish in his waiting room on a Saturday afternoon, drain an infected ear abscess on Thanksgiving one year that incidentally cost $600 less than we were quoted in Orange County where we were visiting for the holiday that as a no brainer led my husband to make the 5 Hour trek back to have treated, and one year Dr. Kahn and his family even took our black Labrador with him to the Sierras while we managed a family crisis. The man even sent us photos. No blood relation, and there were no dowries exchanged between our children… This is simply reflective of his standard of practice, and represent but a few of Dr. Kahn and his Veterinary’s staff countless acts of generosity that reveal not only his love for the animals for whom he cares and treats, but the depth of his integrity and commitment to the owners these animals know and love as family members. Mind blowing kindness, compassion, and integrity second to none and at a fraction of the cost we witness many family and friends pay for (lesser) care. If you’re looking for the best men and women for your best friend, your search is over. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. McElroy (too possessing the rawness of a cowgirl) and their entire front office (thank you, Dawn, whose been there from day one!) for their continued excellence in circling this journey of love with our furries- You’re always IN IT with us. My two and four legged family members couldn’t do this without you. Shannon Karian

My name is Samarai This is me...after I got better but before the ACCIDENT... I had a really rough start in life with my momma ...a stray...not even a year old... We were at the SPCA...and rescued... Unfortunately my momma being severely malnourished, young and inexperienced and very sick...was unable to care for her babies as well as she tried to... My foster..took us in now that we already had went from 8 kittens to 6... Even with round the clock care, feedings, heating pads, dawn soap bath for severe flea infestation...warm.water bottles and sub q fluids... My 3 siblings Spiderman, Spidey, and muffin all passed away within the week of us arriving because we were just too sick and too small to fight .... I was able to get better with my fosters care...I was happy and strong...but I had an accident... My momma jumped up in our kennel and fell on me...she didn't mean to and I love her still. I had a collapsed lung or some kind of internal problem and it was just too tough to try to get better...my foster loved me and helped me feel better...no more pain...when I crossed to the Rainbow bridge with the help of All Creatures Veterinary ... We appreciate your help. Thank you for your kindness and support 🙏🏻
