Description We are a family-owned facility located in Mooresville, NC. We provide the Lake Norman area with luxury cat and dog boarding, interactive dog daycare, premium bathing services, and expert dog training. Our state-of the art, 6,000 square foot facility is located on 2.25 beautiful acres and filled with the luxurious services you would expect at a high end human hotel. Pampered Pets took such great care of my kitty boy while I was out of town. Although he was very timid since he had never been boarded, they took the time to help him come out of his shell. They loved on him, sent report cards, and photos letting me know how he was doing. I highly recommend Pampered Pets! We will be back to see their amazing, friendly, and caring staff.

As a dog mom, I was so anxious leaving my dogs with a new groomer (they've seen the same one for 5 years at their vet). However the staff made sure to understand what I wanted for the boys and they were so kind to me and the dogs! Doggos were super relaxed and groomed perfectly when I picked them up. Can’t wait to have them go back!! We’re officially calling it “the spa” ❤️

Pampered Pets is the home away from home for our 2 dogs and 2 cats. They get to play and relax while being spoiled and well cared for. We don’t worry when we are away since we know how much the staff members love our pets as much as we do. The facility is spotless and perfect for a short or long stay.

They were excellent with my pup. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The photos and pet report card were one of the things I enjoyed most about pampered pets. My pup was thrilled to spend time with them and the staff adored him. The facility is ideal for pet owners with the pet boarding being spacious and the facility having multiple outdoor spaces for the dogs to run around and play in an environment they’d enjoy. I’d recommend pampered pets inn to anyone who may be looking to board their pets or even want a place to drop their pet off as a daycare.

My neighbor referred us to Pampered Pets Inn & both of our pups love it so much there I wonder if they actually want to come home when we go to pick them up, lol! They have multiple turf yards & a pool. The dogs get plenty of play & outdoor time & are matched with specific groups based on personality & play type (ours are high-energy). We have 2 littermates which are allowed to stay together, but they play in different play groups which is actually a good thing! They keep a lot of records, including weight, & will call you if they have a concern about anything at all. Their grooming is amazing & their nail trims are the absolute best I’ve found! My Boston Terriers always smell great & have shiny coats when they have a bath there. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it for piece-of-mind when you have to be away from your furbaby (they take care of both dogs & cats). They post a lot of pics & videos on their Instagram & Facebook pages every day. Our two even graduated from their training program! We all love Pampered Pets Inn!

Our pup had such a great time at Pampered Pets Inn for daycare. We could tell they took great care of her during her stay and she had so much fun. They gave us a quick update at our check-out and we could tell she had a blast and loved all of the people! A great spot. We have continued to come to Pampered Pets Inn and our dog Millie continues to love it. Highly recommend! Update — we recently brought our rescue dog, Luna, and she had a great experience! The staff kept her with her sister for better confidence and met her where she was. We are so thankful for Pampered Pets care of our dogs and the amount of excitement our dogs have when we pull into the parking lot!
