Description Stand For Animals Veterinary Clinic operates three non-profit clinics in Charlotte, Pineville and Lake Norman to ensure all pet owners have access to spay neuter services and veterinary care for their pets. Our clinics are staffed by licensed, trained veterinarians and veterinary technicians and assistants. Our clinics have seen over 80,000 patients, performed 82,000 surgeries and prevented over 1,000,000 unwanted/orphaned litters. As a non-profit our mission is to make high quality spay neuter and veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners. We believe that every pet needs and deserves high quality veterinary care to keep them healthy and happy for their entire lives.

We hadn't officially become their clients yet as we had scheduled a visit for our cat, but she passed away before we could attend her appointment. Fortunately, we were able to cancel and get our deposit refunded (thank you). The staff was incredibly kind to send us a condolence card! It was very considerate of them, especially since they had never met our sweet girl, yet they still took the time to send us a card. So thoughtful!

My pitbull Kayla has not been to the vet since she was born. They gave her a physical and checked her blood which all came back good. I'm waiting to have a small growth taken off her back leg. Everything equals 250.00. and she loves them.

Update 4/7/22 - went to the new address. Had to keep my kitties in the car and wait for the beeper to go off before bringing them in. Staff friendly as usual and took excellent care of my girls! Recommend! Took our 2 cats here to get their annual exam and 2 shots each. They only charged us approx $200. WOW! Everyone was so nice, place was spotless, and the Dr came out to talk to us and answer any questions. Excellent care given. Highly recommend!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful place for your pets veterinary care! From the staff at the front desk, the vet tech, the vet, and pharmacy-every single person was caring and thoughtful for my nervous seizure rescue dog. They were considerate and kind despite the fact that they had probably 100 animals on their list to see that day!! I have been taking my other dogs to a different vet for years and it cost three times as much and the staff is always unhappy and feels rushed. I can't say enough good things about my visit with my dog here!! Thank you for helping my little weirdo

Employees seem friendly and the prices are better than other places but they refuse to let you walk back with your animal during yearly check ups which I find very strange. Will not be taking my animals here any more, I urge everybody to take their animals to a place the vet wants you to be informed and have a relationship with, like you would with your Doctor. Unless you’re looking for the cheapest route of course.
