Went in because my senior dog is having urinating issues at noon. Was told to take her home and collect a urine sample. Was not told no one is there from 1-2pm. Showed up at 1:30 with the urine sample. Dropped it off to run and pick up my kid by 2. Came back at 2:20 and asked about how long for the results and was told the next day. Communication is terrible and you do not recieve quick care.

Made an appointment for a cat that came to my house in the storm. Skin and bones, covered in fleas, momma cat died in the road. And they never told me they had a stray cat policy they told me to come on in, so I drove almost an hour with tolls because I wanted the cat to get flea meds and to be checked out right away, and they sent me away. I’m not mad about the policy, just annoyed they didn’t tell me that when I called. It’s a waste of gas and time when y’all don’t tell the clients you can’t be seen till x amount of days.

I had a great experience with them and plan on using them from now on for all our animals. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love how they show prices for everything the pet needs done and work with you on what you can afford and what’s most important to get done first.

They took great care of my Luna. Called me after the spay to tell me it went well and what time frame to pick her up. They explained to me how to take care at home. I felt comfortable knowing that I could call if I had any concerns.

It’s all about money at this place…. Revolving door of customers paying over $200 for a yearly visit … they even sent me an estimate for heartworm/flea meds my dog does not even use - why not ask your customers beforehand what meds they prefer instead of just sticking that on a potential bill ?

Crazy how just bc you aren’t in their network or you haven’t brought a dog there they can’t give you ANYYYYY information!! my dog ripped 5 of her teeth out bc people were popping fireworks during the day and I was in the shower.. I literally just needed to know if it was ok to feed her soft/canned dog food or just soak the hard food that I have… that’s it… its a question or opinion… I just wanted an experts opinion… but it’s all about money!! And that’s a shame… can’t even ask someone with the knowledge and Information a simple question without forking over some money…
