Today was a very hard day. My fourteen-year-old chihuahua had a seizure, and it caught us by surprise. The first time I took him to this emergency room, it was early in the morning because of diarrhea. Dr. Walter treated him and got him stable many months ago, thank God. Once again, Dr Walter was there and took care of Bebe. She was incredibly humane and understanding, she recognized that he is more than just a pet. He's part of my family. I have to say this is the best veterinary experience I have ever had. She held my dog's paw through these hard circumstances. I would like to thank this emergency room and Dr walter for their help during this very hard time. The service was amazing. Everyone on the team was really good, not only to me but to every single dog there. They might not understand how big of a difference they can make in someone's life, helping us get through these hard times when our friends get sick and we have no idea how to make them better. Thanks

I give them one star because I took my cat here for an emergency just to be told I should euthanize my cat due to his illness and that he was suffering. $550, seriously???!! To the doctor who suggested that, how would you feel if someone told you to euthanize your family member??? And by the way, I went elsewhere the next day to get him treatment and he's thriving for half the price you guys consider reasonable. For your price he got a full 2 days treatment, not just fluids injected under his skin and sent home. Thanks but no thanks to these inconsiderate ppl ripping off families. Wish we were allowed refunds. 🙄

We took our puppy in after he had swallowed a toy. At that time, the service was quick and they were knowledgeable. Overall, the service aspect was good. However, the price was over inflated. They ended up taking an X-ray and ultra sound. The office visit was 115 and some medicine they gave was 70.00. My total leaving was 770.00! I have never paid that much for an x-rays for my own children. I called Southeast Texas Animal Emergency in Beaumont and asked them what their X-ray and ultra sound would cost. They told me for both together, 300.00. In other words, Animal Emergency Clinic NE charged me 600.00, double the price. If my puppy had to have a surgery to remove the toy, Animal Emergency Clinic NE quoted me 4,700.00! Beaumont quoted me between 1,000.00- 2000.00. (giving me a ball park figure) If money is an issue for you, I would definitely use another clinic.

I came in late with my puppy Doberman thinking that he had been stung by a bee. We did receive some surprising health issues but we are grateful that the Vet made it possible for our puppy to receive great treatment. Both the vet and her staff are very sweet and kind and you can know right away that they love animals and are doing what’s best for them. Please consider that they work long hours and they still have the energy to help out GODs creation. Thank You so much for what you did for Murphy Hopper The Velasquez Family

Horrible unprofessional!!! I have never seen a practice unorganized, understaffed , rude and disrespectful - my 30 pound dog was poisoned when I got to the clinic I was NOT helped OR greeted I sat waiting for someone to help 25 minutes my dog was getting worse limp with no life barely breathing and I was told to go on line make a poison report first ! After sitting for 25 minutes - I couldn’t hold on to my dog let alone be calm - nightmare- I was told I was welcome to go somewhere else? This isn’t a business it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen- I went to another VET Hospital in Woodlands where I was greeted at the door they immediately toom my dog to the back for evaluation- when I shared how My emergency experience- they staff said they hear it all The time - don’t go and waist your time go immediately to the Woodland’s- my pup is better but the drama of not being helped was a nightmare

HORRIBLE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... I spoke with the Vet, and he said that they did an X-ray and ultrasound and that our dog also needed a plasma transfusion, all of that, together was close to 8,000 dollars. He spent the night at that place, and without any improvement. Our daughter was crying and they didn't care, she was the one who initially took our dog to them. I called them and they told me they needed to put our dog down and I said no, no way. I haven't signed anything and they said well ma'am your daughters authorized it (it was a lie). long story short, our dog is doing great, we went to a different vet. The vet said they did not give our dog enough medication to heal a stomach bacteria. They didn't want our daughter to release him from the hospital, her dad had to go with her. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, WE PAID THEM CLOSE TO 4,000 AND PAID THE OTHER VET THAT WE TOOK HIM ONLY 390 DLLS. WE CRIED FOR A WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT THINKING THAT COULDN'T BE CURED BUT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGERS!!!!!!!!!
