Unorganized, impolite and uneducated full-time staff. It's a shame animals are left in their care. One has not fully grasped the English language and cannot answer any questions the public may have, another is extremely uneducated about the law and only doing it in hopes to secure a future police job and the supervisor is counting days to retirement and never available. Do better Stamford.
