Adopted & volunteered with Pitter Patter. Foster homes are a good way to help out as the cats rescued need some love and socialization before they get to their forever homes. I ended up adopting my last foster Lola (red bandana) and she is the best thing to happen. Please think about donating your time, money or items to this organization, they do wonderful things for the stray cat communities here in Stamford.

My boyfriend and I just adopted three adorable little babies from Pitter Patter, and they could not be more perfect. The process was painless and efficient, but still showed that they didn't cut any corners in that they took the time to call all of our references and set up a face to face meeting. They were extremely receptive and helpful during the entire time. Roxann in particular was fantastic. She hosted us in her home for almost two hours, letting us get to know the kittens before we made any decisions. Once we met them, we knew we needed to get all three (who could separate such little loves?), and Roxann answered all our questions about how we could make the best home for them. She sent us photo and video updates during the week we were waiting to take them home, and still makes herself available now, a week later, whenever we have questions and concerns. There's no doubt in our minds that this rescue has the best interests of the kittens in mind.

I was lucky enough to adopt a kitten from Pitter Patter. The organization, particularly Roxann, was extremely responsive and I appreciate the thorough adoption screening to ensure these kitties all go to a good home. I was looking to give my resident kitten a sibling and Charlie (now Monty) was a perfect match. Sasha, his foster mom, took such incredible care of him (and the other kittens in her care) and I am very grateful to have been able to welcome such an affectionate, playful kitten to my family. If you are seriously considering adopting kittens and giving them all the love they deserve, Pitter Patter is a wonderful organization to help make that happen!

We have five cats from Pitter Patter. Rescue is very important to us and Cora and the team are amazing. Feral cats and kittens are spayed or neutered to help control the population. The dedication of this team is remarkable. They see the worst side of humans in the way animals are discarded and mistreated. Over three decades of tireless work and perseverance should earn these volunteers 10 stars!! Many thanks for all you do.

I was reccomended to Pitter Patter through a friend and could not be happier. I fell in love with a pair of kittens from their site and was able to fill out the application and meet them incredibly fast. Everyone involved was so kind and such a pleasure to work with! The fees are beyond reasonable for what they cover and the referred animal hospital was great! Thank you for helping me to make my house a home 😊

If you are looking to add a wonderful ball of fur know as CAT into your life, I highly recommend contacting Pitter Patter Feline Rescue. After a separation, my cat Ellis and I were very lonely. I reached out to Pitter Patter on a whim, not really expecting much. I had envisioned the humane society with a room filled with freaked out felines. I couldn’t be more surprised! I worked with an associate of Pitter Patter, and she took the time to really find a good match for me. I will never forget the day she dropped off Merlin to me at his forever home, and how that cat ran out of his cage to greet me! It has been nothing but purrs and baking biscuits ever since…
