We are so thankful for Hounds Lounge! They staff really are great and they genuinely love to have the dogs there. Trusting someone with our fur babies is always hard, but they made it so easy. Posting images on their social media and giving us updates when we called. We even made a grooming appointment for next week!! I would give them 10 ⭐️ if I could. Phoebe and Otis have found their home away from home.

I have been against the idea of boarding my entire life. That is until I interviewed and toured this place. My dogs absolutely LOVE it!!! The staff are wonderful, kind, compassionate. They always have updates on how my dogs are doing, even sharing videos of them. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My wife is a veterinarian and continues to be impressed with the professionalism and quality of care our dogs receive. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Other than a select few family members, no one I trust more with our doggies than these folks!!

Rae is SO AMAZING with my goldendoodle! I’ve never been to a groomer that gives me exactly to cut I want with the doodle hair! She is also so gentle and loving towards my sweet pup, I highly recommend her and hounds lounge for your grooming needs!

Kashi is a handful to groom -- husky attitude and hates having his paws touched! But the groomers take great care of him and always manage to get his nails trimmed, which is a big deal for us, and during shed season he always comes back 5 pounds lighter. 🤣 He loves being there to play and I like that the staff knows all of the dogs.

All staff was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I called twice in a 2 hr. period to see how my 10 month old pup was doing….as she can be a real “handful”. They gave me a great assessment of what had been transpiring with her, and were very accepting of her high energy shenanigans. I am very favorably impressed…..and I do not give out praise easily. Hounds Lounge has earned it!

I have a senior dog who is my emotional support animal for PTSD and I’m also newly postpartum. I found a sitter and left my baby for the first time to get her nails clipped, and arrived ready for her to finally have something done to help with her arthritis. The vet tech didn’t greet my dog, get on her level, nor pet her,and proceeded to ask me to hold her while he tried to clip her nails. I explained to the tech that I was uncomfortable doing that, and again, still not interacting with my sweet 13-year old dog, had me carry her and place her on the ground in the back room because he didn’t try to pet her, just started to pull on her leash. She was clearly uncomfortable and needed soothing from the man trying to pull her away. Once she got back to the room, I left and went to sit out front, upset because I knew it wasn’t going to go well(he didn’t even try to place her into a table, just grabbed her front paw and squeezed.) He came out moments later, with a nail cut into the quick, saying my dog bit him. She’s never in her life bit anyone and when I told him that, he quickly backtracked. “Oh, she just put her mouth near my hand, ya know, it was just her telling me she didn’t like it.” Then the receptionist came over and said that my dog was feeding off my energy and to come back when I was better. (Thank you for the reminder that I’m ALWAYS clouded with “bad energy.”). I said, “the last tech was able to help,” and pointed to him. The receptionist said they couldn’t help today until we both “calmed down.” Didn’t even ask the other excellent tech if they’d mind. I never raised my voice. I was never rude. It was a horrible, embarrassing experience, and I truly don’t even believe I’m to blame.
