Description ReStore is a nonprofit home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, and building materials at a fraction of retail prices. Shopping at ReStore provides needed funds to build homes. Because every single dollar donated to Habitat for Humanity of Washington County goes towards building a home for a family in our community and our ongoing operational costs. Our resell shop, ReStore of Fayetteville, is one of the ways needed funds can be raised to support these additional costs.
So many cool home goods to fix up your house and it's for a good cause 💕
Wow they have a lot of stuff for the home here! Will definitely be back here next time I'm in town!
There is something deeply wrong with the staff at this place. They requested I leave my pack at the front. This makes sense and there is a sign. I waited more than 5 minutes while the staffer made small talk about construction. Rude. Finally he told me where to place my pack. When I returned to the counter with my items I found him standing on it! Why on earth would this sorry excuse for a human stand on my pack when this is where he told me to place it?
Most of the stuff there is only slightly cheaper than what you find it for brand new. But like any resale store, some gems are to be found. Snagged a brand new pair of $75 Clark's today. Nice staff, that's always good :)
You never know what you might find ! Razorbacks jar !!! Other things you may need. Orderly sections, great prices & lots to choose from. Staff very helpful and friendly. Although no glass door knobs lol.
Bed bugs, Aug 1st of 2023. Notified the store Aug 16th 2023. Uncaring, unkind. The lady I spoke too even acknowledged the bugs and said the use disinfectant spray on them. This has devastated my life. Within 7 days of buying furniture from here, my family and I are infested with bed bugs. This was the first time I was able to buy furniture after building my home, I had three beds bought brand new from Walmart, curtains brand new, but no other furniture. I have documented everything, my poor babies were bit up, we lost everything! Beds, clothes, even brand new carpet less than four months old has been torn out! Our clothes are in black bags in the yard, my parents has been helping but after bombing and spaying we have given up and had to leave to stay with my family in Oklahoma. I had to go and buy a TDS building, and I had to hire a dozer guy for a pad. This has been the lowest point of my life. I got out of a really bad situation with my babies and built this house from the ground up. I was so proud, it was beautiful, a small cabin in the woods. My kids didn't have much, brand new beds and a few toys, but it was ours! We hadn't had furniture for over a year, not even a tv! This was the first time I was able to buy furniture and I trusted Habitat. My son who's 10 is autistic and he lost his cats vs pickles because they were cloth and I found one on his bed where his toys were. This has been emotionally damaging for him because I can't explain why we lost everything and are now waiting for a new home. It's so hard and I just can't believe how something so small, as buying used furniture because I'm on hard times and couldn't buy new, destroyed our lives. Please don't buy used, please don't buy from here, because I know from the four pieces I bought I know more are probably infested. 🙏 I pray for everyone who has bought here in Fayetteville that you check and even throw out what you have purchased. Habitat you need to buy a UV light and start checking before you sell, this has altered my life forever and my home has to sit empty after bombing for 3-6 months possibly longer.
