Our vet suddenly went out of business and our girl needed her DAP booster. I googled a vet that was not only opened on a Sunday but could see us on the same day. We found Bond Vet in Chelsea. We got an appointment on the same day and they were great. The knocked of $100 from the visit because it was our first time. The location is spotless and very modern. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The veterinarian took her time and thoroughly examined Jade. We will continue to bring both our girls to Bond Vet in Chelsea.

This was my first vet experience in NYC and it was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was understanding and accommodating. They were very thorough and helpful. It was my dog Sinatra’s first time and he was a bit aggressive and growling and they successfully took his weight and explained all of the medicine he needed very thoroughly. I would rate their bedside manner as 10/10. They also explained to me the prices of all medication before requesting payment which I appreciate it. They also gave me a free cone for his head and were so gentle with him. The transparency allowed me to make the best decision for Sinatra. I would recommend this specific Chelsea location to anyone. I’m so grateful I had this level of care.

My 9 year old cat needed to have her teeth cleaned and potentially a few removed so I took her to Bond vet Chelsea although I am a client at 62 street. I have to say the process was seamless and the staff and doctor really listened and demonstrated empathy. The original quote was super high which was dissuasive at first so I did research and found out it was the same almost everywhere. The good news is I had asked the vet to call me to get approval for any extraction and they did call me during the procedure. In the end they removed less teeth than quoted and I paid much less than the original quote and my cat was in great shape the next morning. I felt reassured along the process and didn t feel i was pushed to pay extra for the service. I am very happy with Bond Vet Chelsea and they would have gotten 5 stars if the price was overall even lower:)

Needed an urgent care visit for my pup & initially called Blue Pearl Animal Hospital. They had a 2hr wait and recommended Bond Vet. I was able to get an appt within an hour of calling and it was closer to my apt. The visit was outstanding and Dr. Sheintop was excellent! I was so impressed by the quality of care that I am considering switching my pup over to Bond Vet for primary care.

Now let’s talk about the detailed report after the visit this report was so detailed it’s had everything they did and explained to me to a T! .. this report was better than the reports i get at my own doctors lol… keep up the great work I will be returning this will be my babies clinic
