My first visit and I’m very impressed. It’s very clean. I was greeted when I walked in and was then introduced to the groomer Cassandra. She took a few minutes to discuss how I wanted her to groom my dog. She did a great job. I love the way she looks. I will be going back.

My pup stayed Saturday & Sunday for boarding here. On sunday, he was picked up with excessive eye discharge. They failed to notice or acknowledge all of this on his eye, if they are properly watching and caring for him, theres no way they could have missed this all over his eyes. You guys grabbed enzo, leashed him & brought him out to who was picking him up and failed to notice the insane amount of white eye discharge?It makes me feel as if he wasnt properly taken cared for. I reached out to them expressing my concerns and also mentioned how thirsty he was and the copious amount of water he was drinking when he arrived home however, they completely ignored my message about his eye and went straight to explaining the water situation. I felt as if they were avoiding my concerns with his eye. He also came home with extremely itchy paws, hes biting and chomping on his paws like hes never done before. What really makes me write this review is the fact they forgot to feed my pup his sunday dinner. I specifically asked the staff has enzo ate dinner so he could be picked up afterwards, they responded with yes he has had dinner. I come home to see his sunday dinner bag FULL, so NO they did not feed him dinner and LIED about it. The manager reached out to me and expressed her sincere apologies as well as a refund but an apology is not enough and its not about the money so the refund is also just not enough. nothing is enough to make up for the fact you guys failed to feed him dinner & LIED about it. I watched the cameras ALL day - enzo was playing in the yard about 4-6 hours total that day, he NEEDED that dinner more than ever with that amount of play time. The failure to feed him only makes me wonder what else they failed to do. Theres endless red flags here and i suggest everyone reading this take their pup somewhere else, its disheartening to know my pup wasnt properly cared for or looked after especially after explaining to them my worries as a first time dog mom. it seems like they only care to have as many pups possible in their establishments. I really wanted to like this place, I expected you guys to take care of enzo as if he was your own. Hes the world to me, hes not just a "dog" or a "pet" and it is extremely disappointing that he is just that to you guys.

Always the only place I would send my dog when we go away. He’s always taken great care of, gets his playtime in with the other dogs, gets belly rubs, a story read to him before bed, and we even get report cards!!!! While he is always happy to see us when we pick him up, I feel 100% confident that he has had fun. All the people that work there are so kind and genuinely love animals. I trust each one of them with my little guy. -Thanks again Henderson Pet Resort!

We have a new puppy. We have taken him to three doggie day cares to see what fits our needs best. Most places are super welcoming excited to meet our pup. Immediately the vibe was bad, the reception wasn't very friendly, totally indifferent to our pup. They use slip leashes. We saw our pup in the play areas for a literal 2 minutes before he was pulled away by a slip leash. We inquired and they said "oh we rotate them through". Reading between the lines and considering the mass of energy he had, I can only assume for 3 hours and 58 minutes he was in a kennel. Will not return. Camp bow WOW care about the dogs and treats them well.

The absolute best place to take your beloved pet! This is a luxury facility and so clean and well run. My dogs love being here and enjoy seeing their doggie friends too. Daycare packages are available which help reduce costs, especially with multiple dogs. They have weekdays and weekends available to run off energy. Call ahead because they are in high demand! After each stay, I get a report card and with pictures emailed. It's so cute to see the dogs getting lots of love and attention. They also have training with Nathan, who is really caring and structured. My puppy starts training next month, which will include daycare socialization as well. Plus, during special occasions and holidays, professional photos are available and it's so fun to see my dogs' smiling faces! Linda Hamilton took their Easter pics and it was nice to capture the puppy with her "brothers".

Our 6 month old Brittany loved her experience at Henderson Pet Resort! The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We even got a report card with details of her behavior and pictures with her new friends! We definitely recommend the Henderson Pet Resort to anyone looking for a safe and healthy environment to leave your dog for the weekend! 5 stars!
