Love this office! Staff and Doctors are Amazing! Always explaining things thoroughly and spending time with you and your pet! My boy was just neutered and he’s doing great. It’s only been a few days.

For over 10 years, Dr. Bower has taken great care of my many cats and dogs. Most recently he’s done a successful cherry eye surgery on my Black Shaded Golden British Short Hair and did a dermatology exam on my doll face Persian. I now live across town from his office and travel 30-45 minutes to see him. I’ve tried other doctors closer, but no one compares and it’s comforting to know I’m getting the best care for my pet family. Also, the office runs smoothly with limited wait times and a pleasant staff.

The hospital always takes great care of us. We had a minor emergency with our pup and without hesitating, they were able to squeeze us in within a few days. They are caring, personable, and always explain everything to us with ease. Dr. Bower has played a critical role in the health of our past pups and our current canines. Thank you Legacy!

I took my male cat, to get it neutered and Dr Bauer, was a great Dr. and a surgeon.My male cat, din't even realize that his testicle is missing. He's not in pain what so ever, and I am the one who goes into panic attack for no reason. I highly recommend, Dr.Bauer for all you animals need.

I will start by saying that Dr. Bauer and all of the staff in the backroom are fantastic! They are caring, take their time with you and and cheerful. The reason for the 2 stars is for the front desk and this hospitals business practices. When I first walked in I recieved 0 greeting...and there were 3 ladies sitting there. I walked up to the front desk and caught their attention. All 3 women had sour attitudes and seemed like they didnt want to be there. I was there for a routine vaccine for my dog. I asked them up front, how much it would cost. I was told 33 for the vaccine and 10 for a medical waste fee. I asked, "Thats it"? They responded yes, thats it. During the exam I asked for my dog to have her nails clipped, the Dr. said sure, but didnt say that it would cost extra. (I asked them to do this last time and it was free) When the exam was over I was handed a bill for $137!!?? They charged for the nail clipping and added on othet fees which were not previously disclosed. When I asked about it, the front desk said, "well we were going to charge more for the wellness exam, but we decided to charge you less", with an angry tone. I found this to be manipulative and deceptive. I will NOT be returning to this place until I know the front desk has recieved proper training on customer service and business ethics.

This animal hospital has the friendliest staff and workers there the doctors always have a smile on there faces. My dog loves going there, She likes Dr. Bowers. I just recently brought my grandsons little dog in for all his shots. This dog doesn't like white men, but when Dr. Bowers came in he could hardly wait to greet him. The dog just loves him. Everyone there does a great job with the animals and the people that go in with their animals are treated with respect. The prices are reasonable and the office is always clean. I love bringing my dog here because I know she is getting the best care. Thank you.
