The staff was helpful and professional. My Cat had to be euthanize and they gave us enough time to be alone with my cat. They even waited for my daughter to show up. I'm so grateful and appreciate the Dr. and Staff.

Vetco & their staff, Dr Ramial, were AWESOME!!! Great customer & patient care! I super loved the Vet, she was very caring, knowledgeable & spent the time to let GT feel comfortable, he also seemed to really like her! They provided me with more medication & estimates for further testing, so I have an idea of what's next. Great experience at Henderson Vetco!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. McGehee and the entire veterinary staff at Vetco. Their care and compassion for my beloved dog, Bubbles, were truly outstanding. From the moment we walked in, I felt a sense of comfort and reassurance. Dr. McGehee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and gentle with Bubbles. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It was evident that he genuinely cared about Bubbles’ well-being. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure Bubbles felt as comfortable as possible during her visit. I was so impressed by their professionalism and dedication. Thanks to the amazing care Bubbles received at Vetco, she is feeling much better and so am I. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. McGehee and the Vetco team to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. Thank you again for everything!

Staff was very good. But my choices for treating my dog, wasn’t much to choose from. I don’t like giving bad reviews, so I’ll just say I would only go back if it was an absolutely necessary. Good luck finding a good vet.

I would give 0 stars if that were possible. *long story short they don’t know how to communicate* I recently moved to Nevada with my cat. We went to adopt a dog at a shelter and were notified by them that we had to register our cat and update it’s vaccines since Henderson has such strict pet rules. The officer/individual seemed like he was going to notify animal control on us and we felt the need to get the cat registered asap. But she needs a check up and an update on vaccines. We don’t have a vet for her out here yet. So I made an appointment here. I got TONS of forms of confirmation of my appointment. Day of the appointment I fill out the new client sheet. When I show up, I see that there’s a big sign that says it’s closed due to no staffing… I thought maybe I missed a message saying that they canceled my appointment, but no. They just didn’t bother calling me to reschedule or say hey sorry we don’t have staffing. Then I get a message 3 hours later saying I missed my appointment. So now I’m SOL and trying to find a vet because there is no way I am coming back here. If you don’t know how to simply communicate, how can I trust you with my animal.

Came in to get my dog's pain meds. When I arrived Clinic was closed with no notice on the door as why. Petco associate had no idea as to why the clinic was closed. This is unacceptable not being able to get my dog's pain meds she needs. No answer on phone either. Very upset!
