Where do I even begin on how wonderful Dr Auggie and her entire staff are here at Oasis? I have been bringing my pup Bruno, who is a 110 lb Newfoundland x standard poodle mix to Oasis since he came home with me as a baby. Bruno had a lot of accidents as a puppy and Dr Auggie and her staff have always been there for us — even answering questions over the phone and providing recommendations when needed for any specialty situations. Bruno is also a reactive dog, and for his safety and the staff safety he wears a muzzle when he goes to the vet. Prior to Bruno being muzzle trained and being trained to be neutral around other dogs, Bruno struggled very badly with pulling me toward unknown dogs. Oasis has always went above and beyond with our appointments by allowing Bruno to either enter or exit through the staff side door to avoid other dogs, or by letting me know when the lobby is empty so we can come in without issues. There has never been a safety concern with Bruno here when it comes to other animals, and if you have a dog reactive dog you can understand how hard vet visits can be and how hard separation can be from other dogs. Oasis has always made sure Bruno and I feel safe and comfortable. Dr Auggie and her staff have even allowed Bruno to come in during lunch hours to work on him just being comfortable at the vet. They also are very respective of his commands and his obedience he must follow when at the vet (sometimes people do not understand and tend to hype up Bruno when he already has Over Stimulation issues, at oasis the environment has always been calm for us). Oasis goes above and beyond for its clients. When I moved houses recently I made sure I stayed within the same area just to still be close to Oasis. I tell my family all the time I love Henderson because of Oasis and the great support system I have found for Bruno. Bruno and I appreciate everything you all do for us!!! We took our Scottish fold in for her spay. The Doctors and their team were friendly and thorough throughout the process start to finish. They were also very empathetic to our situation with us having lost our prior kitten during her spay (through a different vet). You can tell the Doctors here love animals, they take great care of our animals and I cannot say enough good things about everyone here. If you stumble across this review while searching for a veterinarian, stop searching and just come here. You will not regret it. Angie and I thank you Dr. Jamie Augenstein and Claudia Adame!

I adopted my cat in April last year from a nice old man who didn’t have his records. we had to guess his age from his dental health and found that he mostly had gum disease. when my cat started sneezing and having wheezing episodes in the summer I took him to two different vets who said he’s fine and gave him antibiotics that only fixed things for a couple weeks. My cat then starting having these wheezing/cough attacks more frequently so I decided to try Oasis as a second opinion. Dr Augenstein was great, she was very transparent about her thought processes, was empathetic about the costs needed (it was pricey but I was willing to pay whatever needed to find a diagnosis and not just temporary treatment), and she even shared her vulnerability with her own experiences with her late cat. turns out my boy has feline asthma which is treatable and not the scary thought of heart disease that was concerning us in the x-rays. I’m glad Dr Augenstein helped me prepare for the worst so I could hope for the best, and the best came so quickly with radiology results coming in only a few hours later. thank you Dr Auggie and the Oasis team!

Oasis is great! They have taken really good care of my Dutch. Love the staff and the Drs. Would definitely recommend!

Over the past 18 years we've had five of our dogs taken care of by Oasis. They've always been great in helping us understand our pets needs. Recently I had to have the last of our five dogs euthanized and they were very caring and compassionate. They even sent a sympathy card and arranged for the pickup of his body for cremation. I can highly recommend "Doc Brian" and his team.

Dr Augie and team are fantastic! I have brought all of my kitties for various reasons and they are always well taken care of. The doc takes time to fully explain everything and I leave knowing so much! I highly recommend this vet.
