I have known and used this company 3 times during the past 20 years and I have always been completely satisfied! Steve and Dylan are both wonderful, trustworthy, caring people! Each time I had a different problem but they were amazingly resourceful in handling my animal issues, all involving making sure that the wild animals had left my property, whether in the attic space or attempting to build a nest under the roof eaves and even hiding in our car! Both Steve and Dylan were meticulous and conscientious in repairing and protecting our house from any future animal invasions. I wholeheartedly recommend them as being “the Very Best Creature Catchers” around!!! Besides, they are just all around good people!

Dylan was great! He’s diligent, friendly and thorough. He came out to consult on a skunk problem we were having in our backyard. He gave us a thorough explanation of what we were dealing with, a clear plan and a fair quote. He installed barriers to keep the skunk from under our deck and set a trap to catch anything living under there. He followed up with us daily until we were confident the skunk had left. He was such a pleasure throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend him and Creature Catchers enough.

Had a rat problem in my home that was a major headache, spent a lot of money getting work done on my house & they were still getting in! Dylan responded so quickly to set up an inspection & was able to come out SAME DAY to get the rat exclusion work done at a totally reasonable price! To this day, still haven’t had any rat issues. Dylan trapped two baby possums in our backyard, Are dog had been terrorizing them for multiple nights and we were stressed trying to protect the possums. Dylan responded the same day we contacted the company. He has a nice personality and was polite. He is knowledgeable and explained what he wanted to do to solve our problem. Dylan is a bright guy. He is not pushy. He set two traps in our yard and the following morning we found the two young possums in the same trap, unharmed.
