Sorry if this is a duplicate, but I am just very upset. I took my kitten here on 09/28/23… was told 2 days for blood results. To this day I never heard back. I tried calling twice and was told the provider would call me back with plan of action. Well, my sweet girl passed away. I just wish they would have told me they were incompetent and unable to help us so I would have gone somewhere else. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience I'm glad we were able to follow Dr. Roller from her previous clinic. She is so kind and sweet to our animals and has been crucial in their care over the years. She takes her time and is always great at explaining things to us. The staff was very helpful and they were great when we needed to reschedule our original appointment. Thank you!

I’ve done a review before but I have to do another one because this place is still wonderful. Our Scout is old and getting close to the rainbow bridge. Dr. Roller called me after hours to give us his bloodwork results that weren’t to good. From all the girls in the front and back, to all 3 vets and vet technicians I can not express the kindness and love we have been treated with. Thank you Rickords ❤️

Can't say enough good about this place! Trust me, this will be the best vet you will come across. I've been to vets for years and never felt comfortable with them or their ways of doing things. The second I walked into this place my whole viewpoint changed. It is a family. They are there to legitimately help your animal. Finally found my furever animal doctor! 👨🏻‍⚕️👩🏼‍⚕️🙏🏻🦴🐾🐶 They loved our Juju from beginning to end!

Rickords has been our family vet for about 10 years. They have never disappointed us. Their staff are always warm and friendly. Most recently, we lost one of our pets. The office staff were accommodating in seeing us for an emergent visit and were extremely empathetic throughout the whole process. They also mailed us a sympathy card, personally signed by all their staff. We’ll always use them for our pet care needs! ❤️
