DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!!!!!! My dog was being “groomed” for FIVE hours by “Julie L.” I called after about 3 hours of her being there to check on her and was told they needed a bit more time, however, that was all I was told. No concerns were expressed to me or anything of that nature. I receive a phone call around 6pm letting me know they will not be able to finish her because she has “too much anxiety.” FIVE hours later they let me know this. Pictures attached below of how awful she looks. She is trembling. Hiding in a corner at my house. I have no idea what they did for five hours, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Every time we go, people are super friendly and always say hi. the kiddos, Groomer Julie, is awesome. She is so patient and loving with our kiddos.

Megan did a good job on our dog, taking the time to get his paws and nails done well, especially since he usually doesn't like his feet beeing messed with. Better grooming here than we've had at Slide Rd.

I rather enjoyed shopping here. Found three really cool beta's. Me and my little girl bought a solid white beta, a solid black beta, and a white with a very pretty but strange purple color through out it's body. We named them "God" white/purple, "Angel" White, and "demon" black one

I just went here to buy fish supplies and possibly buy a fish but when I went to the tanks multiple tanks had dead fish that had been there for awhile. It just shows they don’t take care of the live fish they keep and it’s honestly sad. I ended up not buying a fish because of the state of how they are kept. On another note the service was nice but I can’t let the dead fish slide.

I took my Aussie in for a trim. They called and said he was matted up and that he needed to be trimmed shorter than normal. The matting was not very bad so I didn’t think anything of it. When I picked him up they SHAVED him. And also did a total hack job on it. They made me pay for it before I ever saw him and they charged me 140 dollars for this!
