We had an amazing experience starting with ladies in the front as you walk in to the people in the back!! The girls in the front were amazing!! We adopted a sweet little puppy! This experience was just amazing!!

This place is a sham. It is nothing Moore than a pet store!! I took an abandoned puppy there. On the front door was a big sigh saying no animals allowed! Confused I stuck my head in to ask were I could get up for the puppy. One of the three woman doing nothing except giving me discontent looks told me there was a sign and armed security hard come out of no were telling me I needed to leave. I asked were I could get help he explained he had know idea and to leave!!!! There was a family with a dog they just bought there apparently that was ok. They were extremely rude and made it a point to look down on me. . They ship in dogs from other places to sale but do nothing to help the community and get tax money to do this!! They need to be exposed for what they are a pet store!

Took my twins to pick out a kitten for their birthday . They told me on the phone there was lots of kittens available , $7 adoption and come on down . I pick the boys up from school and we went straight over there. They directed us to the kitten room where my twins proceeded to fall in love with the kittys, when I took the card up to the front desk they proceeded to tell me that basically all the kittens had multiple applications already put in on them online. I wish they had told me this on the phone before I wasted our time . That's all . Otherwise appeared to be a pretty clean shelter .

The only problem I had was the far back room where most of the dogs up for adoption was gross. The air was so full of ammonia that it was hard to breathe. However the rest of the place was clean and the people were very nice. I adopted an American bully named Buddy, they named him. For the most part, I'm happy with my choice. They seem to have taken care of him well. He is happy and has a friend to play with. Very loving and friendly dog. He even protects my 12 year old son.

The shelter has changed alot and not really for the better in my opinion. Theres quit a bit of employee's working there now with bad customer service and attitudes. I feel like the lady that is proud to call her self a supervisor is the one with the worst attitude problem. The way she talks and acts is so unprofessional. Im guessing shes thinking she working at a prison dealing with inmates and not the public shelter. Its a wonder why there over crowded with animals because nobody likes to go anywhere and deal with people and give them there money with a bad attitude which is sad cause it only hurts the animals. Its just mind blowing that nobody cares enough to correct the problems you can't be all over the Internet and tv inviting the community to come out and recusue animals and then make em feel uncomfortable unwelcome and like a bother. Not to mention I'm guessing your forbidden to bring any issues you have up with upper management there either not around or they just flat out refuse to allow it.

We had a good experience when we visited twice..so many puppies and so many dogs and cats needing homes. Wish I could take them all. 💔 adoption fee was waved for month of October only if the animal has black markings. We are on day 1 and he has been a champ potty training and exploring the house and his crate when he naps. Hopefully all of them find amazing homes too.
