The staff at Kingsgate Animal Hospital are compassionate beyond words. My beloved Shiloh (mini Aussie) began to suffer as he neared the end of his life. I contacted my regular vet for assistance in helping him cross the rainbow bridge; they could not see him for a week. Therefore, I contacted Kingsgate; I met them 2 years ago when I adopted Thaddeus. As I was driving Shiloh to the appointment with Kingsgate, he passed. Amber came out to the parking lot to confirm Shi's passing. She stood there and let me weep; she hugged me, and offered precious words of encouragement. A week later, I received a sympathy card signed by each member of their staff. The Kingsgate staff had never met Shiloh. But, their sweet support during this time led me to transfer care of Thaddeus (Shepherd mix) to them. Thaddeus has already had one vet tech appointment. The staff was, again, gracious and kind. I already feel like family!

Dr.W and her staff are compassionate, helpful, and responsive. Only open weekdays but easier to schedule an appointment and less stressful environment than other vets.

From the receptionist to the doctor, my experience was awesome. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I moved from another state and they even got the records from the old vet. I really do recommend Kingsgate Vet for all the furbabies. I will definitely take all my furbabies back there

I’ve had two appointments here over this pass year and they both had a common issue. The support staff is just not that knowledgeable. Veterinarians are great but they rely on the staff/ front desk heavily. My experiences had an overwhelming feeling of lack of care for my pet, while sadly feeling more focus was on money. The place isn’t even that busy. Reply: thank you for the reply. I am a client that is registered under a different name. I don’t really see how that matters at this point. I called and filed a complaint on my first visit. I was told if I wanted to speak to the veterinarian or the owner I needed to make an appointment, which means spend more money.$$ I believe I hung up at that point. Later that afternoon the owner did call me back and seemed very concerned which I appreciated. I explained in great detail my experience with the staff not being knowledgeable. She explained that it would be taken care of. Fast-forward to a year later, same staff members are employed, still lacking acceptable knowledge. I was even sales pitched product prior to seeing the vet.$$ I am there because I'm concerned for my pets health, the last thing I want or need is a sales pitch while I wait. $$ Let’s address those concerns first. Kingsgate animal Hospital is awesome! My animals are always treated kindly. The staff is very professional. I don’t take my animals anywhere else. My two female dogs have recently had surgery and they always do a wonderful job. They always follow up the next day to make sure they’re still doing good. They truly care about the welfare of the animals they take care of. Thank you guys for being so wonderful!

I recently got one of my dogs spayed here and they are awesome to work with! They walked me through every step and made me feel comfortable. I have to give a huge shot out to the vet tech named Kayla (not sure if this is the correct spelling). She was kind, knowledgeable, and cared so much about our dog after her surgery.
