I have used these wonderful professionals for 3 different pets over 15 years. They always make time for us when there is an issue. I was so happy to learn that Dr Buck is now working to open a non-profit 24 hour emergency vet office in Rochester. Proud to know her as a friend of our community and protector of 4 legged families.

Sad event: my 17-year-old Westy had what I feel was a stroke and two seizures throughout the night. This happened Saturday night at around 11:30 PM. By 4:30 Sunday morning, she was unable to walk. My vets office was closed and animal Hospital was open. the end of life service they provided was exceptional. Thank you. Highly recommend this animal hospital.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly and caring. Great people doing great work. Although I had to euthanize my pet, the staff made the experience as easy and caring as possible. This hospital is so much better than the hospital that closed on East Henrietta Rd.

Buck, I will not call her a doctor, is horrible. She is rude, condescending, and becomes “too overwhelmed” to assist with the animals in her care. She informed me that surgery was necessary for my dog due to a bowl obstruction. Moreover, she told me if I could not afford the surgery I needed to surrender my dog or euthanize her. I agreed to the surgery, signed a paper, and provided her with a code in case something was to happen during the surgery. I called later that evening to check on my dog and asked if the surgery took place or was scheduled. The tech told me that neither have occurred as of yet. I received a call the following morning from Buck informing me that the surgery did not occur because she was too busy. Upon a phone tag situation, she informed me that surgery was not required after telling me that it was imperative that the surgery occurred. Her follow-up statement was that I should be thankful because she saved me money. I asked for the emergency vet to keep my dog overnight to keep her hydrated. On 4/2/2027, after Buck having my dog for 48 hours, I took my dog to an actual vet. The vet informed us that there is a bowl obstruction and surgery is needed. I have notified the office of professions regarding her neglect, I have sought legal counsel, and I have contacted my credit card to file a charge back. Buck should not have a practice! Do not take your pet here.

Dr. Buck was rude and condescending both times I’ve been here. Take your business elsewhere. I had a work call that I muted on my phone when she entered the room, explained to her that I was in the middle of working and she gave me a dirty look, told me I needed to shut the meeting off because she was incapable of giving my dog shots while my phone was quietly playing the meeting? Mind you I had zero concerns for my dog, no lengthy conversation was needed for this appointment. This was a check up to get her 16 week/last round of shots. Other than that, she is in perfect health. I scheduled for my puppy to be spayed later this summer, then got a call as soon as I got home that Dr. Buck had to cancel my appointment and would no longer be offering vet services to me. Frankly, this doctor did me a favor. If this how you treat people who are required to work and still come in to be a responsible pet parent to get their shots taken care of, I am sure I can find better services elseware.

My first time coming here was about a year ago to get a second opinion on my cat where they told me the x-rays another place took MONTHS before showed that she had the dead bodies of her kittens in her which over the next couple of months caused her to go septic. They noticed what multiple trips to another vet did not in a matter of minutes. They helped me put my baby down, the visit cost a fraction of where the original place would've been. And expecting nothing from them after that visit a week later they sent me a card with all the techs signatures telling me they were sorry for my loss. They will have my business as long as I have pets.
