First visit, took my little quaker. Only problem is it's a long wait for an appointment, but I think that has to do with the shortage of vets. The staff is nice, vet is awesome in communicating with parront. The office is very nice, I am ecstatic to have a vet that sees parrots!! I have more to bring in 😀 2 dogs and 3 more parrots 🦜

I love these people! They all care about my two little dogs and are so kind and caring. They are near my home and that helps enormously when we are both disabled. Dr Brunson never makes us feel rushed out and goes out of his way to make suggestions you never knew existed. We desparately needed a local vet on this part of town. Lovely office and plenty of parking. Next door to Bill Grey’s. They also only use Thimerosol free rabies vaccines and that means they dont force shots on your dogs that you dont want. Highly recommend you hirry and get established!

I have been bringing my dog Cassie to New Hope for 2 years. Cassie had a growth on the side of her paw. Dr. Brunson understood I did not want to do surgery do to Cassie being 14yrs old. He used holistic means, that worked 100% in removing the growth. They have a great team.

I’ve always been a little leery when seeing so many 5 star reviews. I met Dr Brunson & his staff for the first time and totally agree they are a five star veterinarian practice. He took time with Margo’s physical and offered several suggestions for her to keep her figure and assist with the bonding process with her new friend, Bruno. I would highly recommend Dr Brunson, if you are looking for a new veterinarian.

I have finally found the best veterinary service in Rochester! Dr. Brunson is extremely knowledgeable & kind. He does not try to upsell. Prices are very reasonable. I am so happy with a more holistic approach for my senior dog. TEN STARS!!
