We are here to treat the dogs and cats of Rochester, NY, and surrounding areas 6 days a week. We are a Fear-Free and Cat Friendly Practices® certified veterinary hospital. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had issues with my dogs and cats health and they are very helpful when it comes to knowing how to best treat the issues. They take time with each patient and I haven’t met a vet there that I did like.

Coldwater is the only Vet I trust with my fur babies! My dog just turned 16 and is doing amazing due to the great care the staff at Coldwater has provided. Hands down the best quality of medicine in Rochester. You can tell the new Practice Manager is really putting in work behind the scenes because the staff is always professional, kind and expertly trained to provide the best patient care. My geriatric girl recently needed some bloodwork for an upcoming dental procedure and I felt the entire staff did a great job explaining all of my options and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. I recommend this practice to everyone I know who loves their fur babies as much as I do!

My dog had a tumor removed recently with no issues - The docs there are outstanding! My regular vet recommended this office and I’m so pleased with the results…. The staff are incredibly supportive , kind and knowledgeable….. my dog is not friendly but he really loved it there…. 5 stars

Dr. K and the entire team are incredible, knowledge, and truly care. I came here originally for double TPLO surgery 3 years ago. I drive over 45 minutes to get here and won't go anywhere else for continued care for my dog. I understand what pressure the entire vet industry is under but the people at Coldwater are special. Thank you guys so much!

We been to several vets for our rescue dogs and felt like a number. We LOVE the staff at Coldwater. They not only greet you but your pet till they feel comfy, they are caring and professional to you as well. They understand dog behavior. They do not rush you. They listen to your concerns, and give you options. They are a busy practice but so worth the wait on the phone lines. They have an easy to use app as well to book appts. We rate them A +. Mae was a difficult case. She was abused and left on the streets. She does not trust ppl. Often growling barking etc. They handled her with respect , love and much patience. Their love of animals truly comes across from staff and Vets!
