The folks at Pittsford Animal hospital made Sweet Pea and me feel very welcomed. The vet was excellent, and the veterinary technicians were kind, patient, and most importantly, skilled teachers. They showed me how to take care of my pet's claws in a safe way. My companion was well cared for.

My sweet cat had to have an emergency surgery. Not only did they make sure she was seen quickly but they saved her and kept great communication with me throughout the entire process. Not one part of this process was a headache or frustrating. I highly recommend this clinic to pet owners!

I brought my dog here for emergency treatment, she usually sees another vet. I was amazed by the service we received. The staff was incredibly kind, gave us so much time and attention. They were especially understanding of us being emotional about the situation. They explained what was going on and the treatment needed in detail, all while making my dog comfortable. I cannot recommend going here enough.

Moved to Pittsford so decided to switch vets to save me a 40 minute commute. Terrible idea. The staff is rude and everything is everything is way over priced. I spent almost 600 on a few vaccines (maybe 4 total) and 2 exams to establish care for both my pets. Quoted a ridiculous amount for a teeth cleaning for my dog. Went back to my old dentist across town and got my dogs teeth cleaned for no joke, less than 1/3 of what this place quoted me. And that was with 4 extractions and antibiotics. Literally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ohh and it looks like it’s owned by a corporation- makes sense now lol

Dr Heslop took amazing care of my Pumpkin Seed through the end of her life. I'm not sure what I would have done without her knowledge and support. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough exotic veterinarian. Thank you for your care!

I am impressed with and extremely thankful for Pittsford Animal Hospital. They took time to understand my dogs critical medical condition and provided compassionate loving care. Dr. D and the rest of the hospital staff cared for my dog as I do. They expressed kindness, empathy, and kept a clear line of communication.
