Everyone at the clinic is so very sweet and loves my little mini dachshund to bits. They take the time to actually listen to what I have to say and to explain what they are doing or what they plan to do. And in the case of medication, they explain exactly what it's for, how to use it, and what the possible side effects might be. I feel like a very valued client and I feel as though they have my little sweetheart's best interests at heart.

Over the last 6 months we have repeatedly had health challenges with our elderly cat and our two younger cats. Throughout the repeated appointments, the staff has consistently been kind, understanding, patient and professional. Despite the office always being busy, they manage the chaos very well. And the two veterinarians I've seen, first Dr. Van Dusen and then Dr. Braun, were outstanding. Dr. Van Dusen took as much time as we needed in the clinic and we never were rushed. Afterwards, she was thorough in her explanations in her followup calls with lab results. Likewise, Dr. Braun gave our kitties wonderful care and attention. He also called promptly with lab, results, diagnoses and guidance. I couldn't be more pleased with everyone at this clinic, which I had relied on previously solely for grooming our old cat (Deb is wonderful). Thank you!

I’m so glad I made the switch to Boulevard Animal Clinic several months ago, which, unknowingly at the time, ended up being the last months of life for my senior dog. Dr. Van Dusen was great to work with on health concerns and symptoms, offering different options and understanding what would be our preferences of care first. She was always kind, communicative and answered all my many questions, and I believe she earnestly cared for my pet and me - something that was so obviously missing from my last local vet’s office. The other staff were always a pleasure to work with, too. Kind, caring, communicative and really good customer service - and for reasonable prices… what a sweet relief. Again, I’m so glad I made the switch after being let down with the level of care elsewhere. My many thanks to Dr. Van Dusen and all the other staff that worked with me. I look forward to bringing our other pets here for quality care in the future.
