Such kind and compassionate staff and doctor! I brought my elderly kitty in and they discovered he had some severe health problems. The doctor informed me of all the possible decisions and ultimately I decided that I had to let him go. The staff and the doctor were all so kind and compassionate they let me sit with my boy and the doctor let me hold him as she walked me through the process. They gave me time after to give him a last kiss goodbye. I will be picking my boy up in his little cedar box in about 3 weeks. I am grateful for their time, and care. The comfort room is cozy and they have a nice choice of pet urns/ boxes for ashes. Thank you for making this difficult time more bearable. 🙏🏻

They help take care of me. I was super worried about my dog having a upper respiratory issue and did not have a vet set up in the area yet out of all the other emergency clinics this one was very reasonable. Just do not have any availability for taking on additional clients right now.

They saw my cat quickly and were very empathetic to our needs. Clean office and friendly staff. They took great care of my boy even after he peed. They got him all cleaned up and loved on. Sent us home with literature and medicine, and were very conscientious on my concern for cost. Thank goodness for care credit 🙌

Very Compassionate. Took time to go over options & when time came to say goodbye to my best friend, Smudge of Fudge (19+), Dr. was gentle &kind. Did not rush me at any time.

I'm very happy with my experience at Capital Pet Urgent Care. My vet couldn't get her in but did recommend this place. They were upfront about treatment options and cost, which seemed reasonable, especially compared to my Vet's routine care costs. They cleaned and flushed a ruptured abscess and sent us home with a cone and meds. It was in a great area, and it was clean, with plenty of room and parking.

I had to put my sweet Odie down today, the entire staff was so sweet and caring. Plus they worked me in there busy schedule. I would highly recommend them for vet needs❤ They care and it shows ❤
