CRW is a member of CANA and District 16 Ohio Funeral Directors Association. Pet Care Crematory opened in June of 2003 offering families a compassionate and consoling service through a difficult time. At PCC, we treat your pets with the respect and dignity we give the human deceased, operating the facility with the same quality values CRW has practiced since the doors opened in 1988.

They took such great care in providing the most comfortable and warm atmosphere that is needed in such a dark time. My memorial box with his clay paw print is stunning, and I get to see my sweet Tanner every day, always ❤️

Just lost my nala girl after 16 wonderful years with her. Picked her up after 6 days with the most precious keepsakes. I was greeted upon arrival from their dog and cat mascots who brightened my day, even though that is not an easy place to arrive to. They were very welcoming, and very friendly upon arrival introducing themselves to me and showing me everything before sending me on my way. I felt safe in knowing that my nala was in good hands there with good people. I appreciate the professionalism and warm feelings that they give off during some of the most difficult times of our lives. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Iam so blessed to find Dr Morrow who took my beloved Fran to them. After arriving I was greeted by CC the comfort cat . I was impressed how nice and beautiful the building was . Most Importantly once there I felt very at ease knowing my baby was taken care of with loving care and dignity. What a beautiful relief to retrieve her remains from PCC. Highly recommend ❤️

I hope this doesn’t happen often but my experience here has been awful. The guy who took my dead cat away when I arrived could be heard mocking my pets name and who knows what else he was getting a kick out of my precious kitty. Then after he tried to sell me my cats hair and paw prints since they charge ridiculous amounts to hit you when your down , we filled out the receipt and I paid in full for the cremation the wooden box and my cats name engraved on a plate on the box. When they called to tell me I could come pick him up, the girl tried to charge me again, didn’t believe me that I already paid and the engraved nameplate was nowhere to be found on the wooden box and she had to double check the receipt and was shocked by that it was marked on there that I was supposed to get that engraved nameplate that I didn’t get so I had to leave my poor baby there again overnight for them to figure out what the heck is going on this place was very unorganized no communication personally, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This is not what you want to go through when you’re grieving the loss of a companion animal that you had for the past 18 years this cat was like my child, and they mocked it made fun of him didn’t even follow instructions tried to blame me and charge me again when they already charge me $153 and I still don’t have my cat .

We were on vacation in Ohio when our pet dog Daisy passed away. They took excellent care of her. We arrived home in Texas and Daisy was already here. The Box is beautiful and the lock of her fur was over the top! This was on 9/15/23 Thank you very much!
