I love this facility. Everyone is so kind & friendly, and it's obvious how much they care about their patients and patients' families. When one of my cats had to have her eye removed, they took such good care of her AND me. Their follow up call checked on my girl's physical well-being as well as my emotional/mental well-being. She healed quickly without complications. They also present diagnoses, treatment options, and general care suggestions in ways that are easy to understand, so I always feel like I'm able to make a well-informed decision. Appointment scheduling/rescheduling is easy. Administrative staff is knowledgeable with great patient/family relations skills. Highly recommend! Sharing pix of my cats for review visibility.

Dr Ross and all the staff have been absolutely amazing. I have had many furr babies and they have listened and been there for me, going beyond reasonable to squeeze us in for needed care. And over the past few years, they have helped me through the end with my 21 and 18 year old kitties with empathy and kindness.

My cat has extreme crate anxiety, the staff here go above and beyond to help ease his anxiety to and from their office. Everyone is friendly, polite and willing to provide the best care for my fur baby. He is an easy going guy when comfortable and has never had a problem making himself at home. They offer him treats when giving shots and always offer feedback in a positive tone. They speak to you in a way that doesn't make you feel less educated. The office is always clean and well maintained. I'm grateful to have found a place that put his needs first and my mind at ease knowing they want the best for him.

I have a very sick cat she’s 12 and they have been so compassionate to me and very gentle and loving to her. They have lots of idea to help her and keep her comfortable. I have gone to this place for over 15 years. Many Vets have come and gone but, all the replacement Vets have been wonderful. I truly think you should use this practice for your care of your beloved pet. Highly recommend this practice.

I myself I'm a new customer. I've only been there twice in the past 6 months. The staff seems to be very friendly and loving towards the pets as well as friendly to their owners. The environment is very clean. The technician staff has been very friendly and the doctors themselves of which I've seen two so far, I've been very informative on the condition of my baby as to the current treatment she receives as well as any possible future treatment if necessary. The average spent in my particular case has been about $250 each visit but again that's in my particular case. I hope this has been of some help to anyone that reads this. I'm sorry, also, they generally let you know the prices up front but if you are on a budget it is always good to let them know ahead of time what kind of money you actually have to spend up front for that particular visit. Take care of everyone and love your babies. Sorry for using the word pet earlier.

My dog was having some bowel issues. I called and explained to Janet what was going on… she sent a note back to one of the doctors. They got back to me the same day . I picked up some meds and hopefully pup will be better soon! I like everyone at this office. I have taken 3 pets here over the years and although it is a little bit of a drive I will keep coming here.
