Adopted a cat through them at petsmart 3 months ago and have yet to receive the hard copies of my cats vaccines/medical records/microchip info even though I have texted multiple times about it and was told it was sent but it never was. Super unprofessional! Won’t be recommending this organization for adoption to anyone

I adopted two cats from them through PetSmart. Suzanne genuinely cares for these animals and she's made it her mission to find these fur babies the best homes! I've called upon Suzannes help several times and she always answered the call. Please consider donating to her agency to help her continue the care for these wonderful cats.

We adopted a cat from them fifteen years ago, and they saw to it that the kitten got neutered when he was old enough. I volunteered there for a while and saw the special care the cats are given. Anyway, our cat, Bradley, is still healthy and happy and keeping me company in an assisted living facility.

The owner, Suzanne, & her volunteers, do everything they can to help as many cats and kittens as possible. She helped me re home some kittens & was very strict about who she let adopt them. She really needs help due to the fast growth of Clarksville. Please donate your time & money if you are able.

Adopted a kitten a few months back and it's time to get her spayed. We were told that C.R.U would contact us within a week of adopting to let us know where the approved vet for the spay would take place since they told us that cru would pay for the procedure. They have since been zero contact and have a full voicemailbox. Been calling for weeks. Reporting to the BBB

I truly believe the lady cared for the cats with the exception of being in over her head she took on more cats then she should have and treated people incompetent to own one of her strays. I do agree with some ppl not being fit to own a cat only to surrender them and get another but there's no way to know who those type ppl are. If you're someone who has done that please don't attempt to own another cat it's not fair for these animals to be given up because you just realized you're "allergic" or your dog doesn't get along with it.
