This is by far the best Vet Clinic I have ever taken my pet to. They are so kind, so patient, and very thorough. They answered every question I had and took their time with my Chloe. I won’t go anywhere else from here on out. Awesome service!

I would prefer to give 0 stars if I could. Posting my review in order to help save a fur baby from going through what mine went through! I took my dog here for his allergies, it seems like we were always bringing him in every 2-3 months and their prescription steroids would only work and clear him up only while he was on the medication. The Prevention treatment for his allergy that they prescribed had not been working so I asked to board him while they were prescribing new meds. I came to pick up my dog only 48hrs after I boarded him and my poor dog’s eye was closed shut due to the build up of eye mucus that the vets did not care to check or wipe his eyes during the 48hrs he was there!!! I asked 3 people in the clinic what was going on with my dog because he did not have any kind of eye discharge when we boarded him 48 hours ago and the only response I received was “I don’t know” I know no one was checking on him during those 48hrs of boarding because anyone who loves an animal would have realized that my poor baby could not open his eye due to crust build up and would try to wash his face to help him. Please do not take your animals to this clinic- it was such a terrible experience that I have also filed a complaint with TN Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.

We took our babies there to see Dr. Leslie Burchett who was absolutely amazing with both dogs! Her and the techs were so patient with them. I brought them both back for grooming and Cassie did FANTASTIC! Both times I feel like I got brand new dogs back! We are grateful for switching to Tiny Town! :)

For those fur baby parents, and folks skeptical about bringing them to new clinics, this is the one. We were very satisfied with our experience from even the first phone call. The staff was very kind, and comforting. And believe me I know they are probably busy and overwhelmed with the patient volume, but they still manage to treat their patients and owners with genuine care. Tori helped work up my dog Moe, she was absolutely great and put us at ease, she’s fantastic! Dr. Burchett was fantastic, she had such a positive demeanor and also worked so well with our little cry baby. We are so glad we picked this clinic out of the others. I recommend them to anyone and thank them for such a great experience!

I took my newest puppy here for his first visit. Their system works really well, I love it , easy, informative, everyone is helpful, and biggest thing is friendly for me! We came back for his series shots and will continue to come back! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new vet in the area!

Switched to Tiny Town vet after hearing great things and having a not-so-good experience at our previous vet. They went above and beyond, were very helpful, and all so friendly! I know our fur baby is in great hands here! Update: tiny town animal clinic gave us the best, most warming experience as we had to put our fur baby down today. I will recommend them again and again. They made the process the best they could given the situation.
