I found an injured baby bird and called them. They called me right back and were so helpful and reassuring on the phone. They let me know how to take care of the bird until I could get him to the veterinary hospital. I’m very thankful for them and their service.

Had 7 baby opposum that were healthy at the time I left a message. Got a call back, but only long enough for a notification. I INSTANTLY called back to no avail as well as a follow up text. I'm not 2 lil guys left and no help whatsoever. Terrible experience.

Found an injured pigeon a few months back. Dennis answered my call after hours and kindly took him in! A very sweet man who assured me I wasn’t silly for driving an hour to help out an animal most people don’t care about. I hope he was able to save the bird ❤️

Tried calling for a newborn baby squirrel. Mother hasn't come back. This baby needs help and not a call back. Babies deserve a chance through life but with it's own kind.

I'm sure they are inundated... but I called and left messages 3 times Saturday morning and no one returned my call. Website says 24 hr svc and that someone wld call back within hour. Went thru horribly sad ordeal with a squirrel and was all alone at the time..just needed some advice and someone to talk to. The squirrel probably wasn't going to make it anyway... but still would have appreciated a call back.

I have been calling this number all day, now I've started calling the after norm hours and still no one has returned any if my calls. Do they knly call for certain animals? I assumed it was for all wild life. Phone recording said spk sured by Evergy. Guess I'll contact them and let them know their dollars are being waisted.
