We just got our sweet boy chevy who just fit the mold we had at home. Every single person in the facility is beyond incredible. They are doing such good work! I'd say it is THE place to adopt your next fur baby!

Had my fur-baby Cowgirl spayed here last week at one of their clinic days. I was very impressed with how friendly, kind all the volunteers and workers were., The facility was so clean and nice. Cowgirl was taken very good care of. Thank you for a great experience and Cowgirl will be back in July for the vaccine clinic.

They were instrumental in getting my pet back to me quickly. They require an ID due to state law when you pick up your pet but photo copies of everyone’s ID were plainly visible to me and everyone else that came into the pickup area. After I voiced my displeasure of the lack of simple protection of everyone’s basic information I was left alone in the office with the book, and all the IDs that were in it.

We had our neutering appointment today. Everyone was very friendly, it was a scarey experience for my Walter but the ladies were all very patient and gentle with him. Thank you so much

We brought our Dear departed Lab, Nick in to paws to heaven/Joplin Humane Society for cremation. I was explained a lovely program they have. Paw prints, nose print, hair and his ashes in a nice little wooden box with his name plate. We wasn't greeted in a very welcoming way in the back, on such a devastating time. Our furbaby had just died. She took our money, I asked about the paw prints and hair. She said only if we get time. All went well. We got everything we was hoping for. On the way out from dropping our Nick off. 2 dogs had escaped the fenced area in the back. We called to let them know, no answer. We drove around the front, a guy had already got one. We drove slowly to the main road, out of nowhere the dog was standing right next to our door. We opened our door but he darted right in the middle of main street. Hubby got out and the dog ran to him and jumped into the car. It was a precious looking dog. We took him back and had to knock on the door in the back for someone to get him.
