An unexpected miracle of support the night I found an injured opossum struggling on the road leading out of the park. I could not bear to leave her and knew I had to help somehow but I had no idea what to do! Out of desperation I started googling and came across this local dedicated rescuer. He walked me through how to cover her with a towel and safely lift her into my car. He was waiting on the front steps for us when we arrived and competently took over from there. He administered urgent care and took her to a vet the next day to get a care plan in place. Just amazing! Im so glad I stopped and made the effort to help when it would have been a lot easier to just keep going! Thank you for doing what you do and being there when we needed help!
