I rescue cats and provide a safe space for many community cats, and the staff here have been super helpful! I've purchased MANY cat beds, blankets, food bowls, kennels, etc here for a fraction of what it would cost some place else. Really neccesary and excellent establishment!

The free bag of food they gave us for our pitbull was such a great help and our dog LOVED the food more than anything we've bought him. They had awesome items for super cheap. I will be donating something here when I receive my tax return.

I was very excited to learn about this volunteer staffed store! They're only open 3 days a week. They operate on donations. So, they don't always have cat litter. They do usually have cat & dog food though. 1st time customers only need an Ingham county ID, after that you'd need to supply a Medicare, SSI, or some form of reason you're on a limited income. You can purchase certain supplies for rather cheap prices.

This place was great for yr pets needs. Especially for those families that are still struggling from the lingering effects of our financial hardships ,due to the pandemic. Highly recommend seeing for yrselves. Staff FANTASTIC. THANKS SO MUCH

One lady is pretty rude and told me I had to wait while two workers waited on one couple and all they were doing was talking about their dogs. I use a walker and it's hard to stand up waiting on line for no REAL reason. She always acts like that. I hope the nice lady is there whenever I go but, I think the rude lady runs it.
