Woman who runs the grooming department is rude. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. If you hate your job, quit. People don’t want your misery. Store staff: love you (5 stars) and will miss you but I can no longer support PetSmart.

Went in and found some adorable things for my friend's cat for Halloween! It is definitely a well stocked place and the staff seem to enjoy their jobs plus this site has a Animal Hospital, Grooming, and adoption.

I waited a couple days to post this as I was fuming when we initially experienced service from the petsmart grooming team here specifically, Kristin. I made an appointment for one of my dogs like I've done here before and 10 minutes after the appointment was to start, I got a call from my husband. He was having trouble getting our dog out of the car to go into the store. Our dog didn't want to go in. So we hung up and I called the grooming salon to inform them and instantly, Kristin met me with attitude and annoyance. Moments later, after telling her why my husband was late, she said "your husband finally made it in," And proceeded to lecture him about time management and how he or someone else should have called to inform them. Funny, I was quite literally on the phone, informing her. Then, they took my dog and instantly brought out 3 other employees to look at the small hot spot on his foot. Which I did confirm in an earlier appointment was okay to bring him in with as it was not open. I was told then that it just depends on the stylist and state of said hot spot. They determined he could be groomed but not without degrading my husband for not caring for our dog. Now, I understand everyone could use tips/tricks but the delivery of those when speaking to another human being shouldn't be hostile and rude. Lastly, once we were done, there were significant marks on my dog from the sheers/ Razor (whatever they use to shave your animal) and these were not mentioned upon pick up, only discovered once in the car. When I attempted to talk again with Kristin, she did not want to talk to me so I'm writing here. Go somewhere else to groom your animals.

Hannah does a “very professional” care and hair cut to our toy poodle. She listens to your needs and provides great follow through. Highly recommend Pet Smart for pet care.

My cat had a bad scratched eye after a fight that was getting really infected they have a Banfield vet on site. The office visit was only $70. The meds were pretty expensive but I was happy that the office visit was only 70 bucks. Good service got me in the same day.
